Paid for the order on the PayPal but it…

Paid for the order on the PayPal buy it now, paid for items then waited for it to be delivered, but apparently it had click and collect instead, it didn’t even give me a choice to collect or deliver, maybe need to look at their ordering system

Above and Beyond

I'd put collection on the order, a lovely person from JL Brooks emailed to ask if this was correct and, because I'm an idiot, I said yes. I then realised that they weren't where I thought they were and couldn't collect, so I emailed the person back and they were so helpful and kind even when I asked them to alter the delivery date I originally wanted (sorry JL Brooks - I know I messed up). The delivery guy was so nice and helpful too. The products are always top notch and the service is outstanding. Thank you all at JL Brooks

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I am a domestic customer and called up about a relatively short best before date on a box of crisps I’d received in my order. They explained their policy and fixed this for me with no fuss. I sense they genuinely care about providing a great customer service. 10 out of 10. I will order again.

Hard to review a company that accepted…

Hard to review a company that accepted your order
then cancelled it. Said item was out of stock. Should have a system in place that checks stock levels before allowing you to place and pay for the order.

Gave 2 stars for being reasonably prompt to advise
item ordered was then out of stock.

I am so sorry for the disappointment. The short-dated Maltesers sold through so quickly that we couldn’t keep up with the stock levels. Usually, the website matches the stock, but it didn’t take into account general walk-in sales.
