JLC always takes care of their customers. Reading random bad reviews makes me question their genuineness !
Never ever had a problem with customer service- JLC are known for best customer service in the south west and could not recommend them more!
They a great team of beautiful, kind people who just love what they do and it reflects in mentioned customer service :)

I've been using JLC Distribution for over a year and overall had a positive experience. Great variety of products, competitive prices, and helpful staff like Harry and Natalie. Occasionally, there have been minor hiccups, but the team's efficiency and knowledge make up for it. Definitely a strong supplier for our needs. 4/5.

Items sent wrong. Customer service very unprofessional when responding. Implying it was my fault that I received the order wrong.

I've been working with JLC over the past 2 years and have received a great service each and every time! Penny and Athena are very quick to respond to my requests and offer great recommendations when I require help finding the correct products.

Athena Disley is a fantastic contact as JLC, I can always rely on her to be efficient with her responses and lists us several options so we can offer the customer different types of cases and bags etc. Outstanding service and nothing is too much to ask of her, going above and beyond on small and large quotes. Not had one negative experience with her

They answer my requests so quickly and are always happy to help me when I don't know exactly what I am looking for. An absolutely seamless service from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company and my Account team.

Been using JLC for over 18 months and have had a fantastic experience. When my contact is unavailable, colleagues make everything seamless. Support team and customer services make up for a company that knows what services customers need, has trained staff to a high level to deliver top notch experience. Greta variety of products, good stock levels, amazing prices and reliable, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shout out to Josh, Harry and Ben.

Josh is our account manager and always does whatever he can to help. The team are responsive and pricing is competitive, with great customer service when things don't go right (Which is very rare). Would definitely recommend Josh and the team.

Harry Beresford always goes the extra mile when helping either myself or colleagues. Consistently quick replies and helpful advice. I've been using JLC more since Harry has been our Account Manager. Shame he's a Liverpool fan...

Olivia has been nothing but brilliant. She is hugely reliable/quick response/informative. JLC have a great all round team and TNC have utilised there help for many years. Cannot recommend them enough.

Always use JLC when I need any IT accessories from Phone cases to monitor arms.
