No retinal serum, not even trial size?
I received very small sizes in the first JLO package instead of full sizes. I did not receive any help when I talked to a customer service rep so I customized the next shipment. I was disappointed that the retinal serum that I selected was not in my package. The beso balm is too much like Vasoline ointment. Ï don't believe I got a very good deal for the price I paid for the products and I will get one more shipment to make up my mind if I'll continue as a member

Best Products I've Ever Used
I received her skincare system for Christmas and am AMAZED at the results. I get compliments on my skin non stop! My favorite product is THAT JLO GLOW SERUM, but everything is wonderful. I also love THAT FRESH TAKE EYE CREAM because you can use it on your eyelids and most eye creams on the market say to avoid eyelids and eyelids get wrinkly too!
Another great product is THAT STAR FILTER. I mix a few drops with my body lotion and instantly look luminous, tanned and more toned.
Customer service is on point and friendly. Shipping is fast.

I was excited to try these products…
I was excited to try these products based on the reviews, but overall I was underwhelmed. I was hoping for a noticeable glow and more of a radiant, hydrated finish, but unfortunately I didn’t see much of a difference after using them.
That said, there were a couple of standout products. I really enjoyed the lip mask—it left my lips feeling soft, smooth, and moisturized. I also liked the under-eye patches, which felt refreshing and helped my under-eye area look more hydrated.
Overall, while a few products worked well for me, the collection as a whole didn’t deliver the glow or results I was expecting.
