So pleased with JLR, we have a small hotel in Stansted and they have been to accommodating, they supply us with the laundry, the towels are very fresh and soft and the linen is so comfortable to sleep in. I keep having great feedback from customers staying in the rooms. They are always on time and have had a truly great experience from them so far. Wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere!

Really happy with the service i am receiving from this company. I had a very busy week last week at my hotel and needed double the amount of laundry done and JLR were so accommodating! They got it all done in the same amount of time they usually do. Excellent company - would highly recommend

Have been using JLR for best part of a year now - always been punctual, relaible and have gone out of their way to accomodate us for our Hotel. We give them huge quantities sometimes and they always seem to deliver back to the Hotel within 48 hours. Will continue to use this company,

Top quality service

Couldn't have asked for a more effective service. The laundry was needed to be done at particularly short notice and JLR did a splendid job in double quick time. Would highly recommend for anyone that needs a large amount done quickly!!

Our usual laundry company let us down for a third time so after hearing about JLR I thought I would see these reviews, I can honesty say JLR were fantastic and so punctual! I have already re-booked my second collection. Well done guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I run a few serviced apartments and a moderate size guest house. I have used JLR because they were highly recommended by a well known hotel chain and I must say that the service and customer care is fantastic, not to mention the quality of the laundry service they provide. I highly recommend JLR.

After the terrible experience I had with my normal laundry company turning half my items pink!!! I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from JLR, not only were they speedy my items returned smelling like heaven, Extremely satisfied!! 10/10
