Wonderful memorial product! I am pleased with the instructions provided on the website and how quick responses to email were. Good options to customize product. Only issue was I could only receive direct emails from the seller, not automatic order updates, like when my order was accepted or when it was shipped (I checked my spam folder and they were missing from there also). That may be an issue with my email provider rather than the seller's auto email system.
