Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service.
Ordered a painting which was told up to 7 days delivery.
Knowing my boyfriends birthday is in 10 days it should have been long enough. But NO.
9 days and still no delivery.

Im now not going to receive my art work I paid for and won’t be able to collect as away on holiday for two weeks.

When complaining to the sender, I get left on read with no apology what so ever other than a thumbs up emoji back. Not very professional.
Seller doesn’t seem to care in the slightest as he’s had his money and now I’m left without my purchase.

YOU DONT TELL A CUSTOMER UP TO 7 DAYS DELIVERY TO THEN POST IT AFTER 6 DAYS OF PLACING ORDER.

9 DAYS AND STILL NO PARCEL.

IF YOURE THINKING OF ORDERING DONT BOTHER, JUST GET THE AMAZON COPY.
YOU MIGHT RECEIVE IT ONTIME THEN AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

worst customer service ever

I experienced one of the worst level of customer service ever with this company. I ordered a mug in Late November as a Christmas present and paid via paypal. After not receiving it for 2 weeks i contacted the seller as i realised that the delivery address on the receipt had HOLLAND appended on the end (after xx A Road, A UK town, a UK postcode). After i shared this with the seller, there proceeded to be a brief interchange of emails which can only be described as a set of dismissive statements such as "well it looks like its gone to Holland" or "your paypal address must be wrong". Despite proving it wasnt, and explaining the evidence, i subsequently heard nothing despite a constant set of emails giving him the chance to put it right.
