Hi Archie. Sorry this returns process hasn't gone smoothly for you. I believe you have been in communication with our sales team throughout the process. As they have said, once we receive the clock and can confirm that it is defective we will happily issue a full refund for both the clock and the cost you incurred sending it back to us.
Unfortunately we have no way to track the delivery you sent on our side and only you can use the tracking information you were given when posting it, to see where the parcel is now and when it will arrive. Parcels can get delayed from time to time in sorting warehouses for a number of days, but you should be able to find its exact location using your tracking information. As soon as it arrives back to us we will be in touch straight away.

Beautiful lamp, exactly as described.
I ordered a beautiful antique lamp. It is perfect for the sideboard in my kitchen. It came exactly as described. It was very well wrapped, as the shade is glass. The delivery did take a while, but it was worth the wait! It has a two pin plug, so I did have to purchase an adapter.
