I ordered three of the Aran boxes

I ordered three of the Aran boxes. They were extremely well wrapped up and packaged and I was very impressed until I got to the boxes themselves, two of which were damaged and the flooding joints at the back ripped. Due to the careful packing it looks like this may have happened before they were packaged and delivered. Disappointed by this as these are gifts which I now cannot give in the box due to them ripped.
