Poor service and experience
I’ve been here twice, once to send a parcel via DHL, again to correct the errors they made the first time around. There’s always a wait with no adequate space or seating for customers. Whether you’re sending a parcel or money or paying a bill, it seems to take a very long time. One woman looks like she has an idea of what to do but the other workers seem to lack the basic training to do the very tasks that this location advertises. Better customer service and better training is needed.

I sent funds to Jamaica, however due to an error the funds could not be collected. I called to report the matter and,I was very pleased with the speed, effiecency and professionalism of the staff.
