Good product, fast delivery thank you

We are very happy with the Jobe products and service. Bought a SUP Duna, life vests for adults, water shoes and every year or so a new neoprene vest for my child (as he grows). Delivery was always quick, never had an issue. Quality of the products are fantastic, will last forever. Prices are great, given this is a top brand/product. Cannot recommend enaugh!

Well laid out website, easy ordering and prompt delivery. Only downside was split delivery one item received day after others - delivery driver had to drive into our county two days in a row just for our parcel - not very planet friendly…

Use Jobe towable inflatables and again always good quality

In June 2022 I ordered 1 Duna and 1 Yara SUP. Since the order was sent to a vacation property I was 3 day late registering the products with Jobe, they denied the warranty registration. Immediately I had problems with the Yara holding air through a loose valve that could not be tightened, Overtons was awesome and replaced. The Duna then went into recall, Jobe was then required to replace, in Aug they confirmed a replacement was sent which arrived 9 months later. Beware it took me over 30 emails to resolve, Jobe phone number is in Europe and not reachable for me in Canada or USA.
Very bad experience.

Poor customer service. Purchased through this company anfter a recommendation. Ordered a XL wetsuit and was sent a 2XS. Spoke to customer services - initial response was ‘how unfortunate’ - no apology.

Ordered a replacement wetsuit - but they sent this to the wrong address and were unable to change this. Spoke with customer services - ‘how unfortunate’.

Finally got the correct wetsuit - back zip ripped at the seam during first wear. Spoke to customer services - ‘how unfortunate’.

No apology? Wetsuit was over £200 - expected some level of care.

Good quality products and accurate sizing information. Had some issues with a return that required a bit of chasing to get sorted - due to website issues I was recommended to return the item in a different way, but then this was not processed by the receiving team until I asked several times. The customer service representatives I spoke to were helpful but it was disappointing that I was not contacted when the return was received if they were unsure about the process.

Item arrived quickly and was as described. Thank you!

Brilliant products. Just purchased a 2 person towable sofa for the summer. Really well made with secure fastenings. Always use Jobe as products are so well made.

What a terrible customer service. I ordered a knee brace after having consulted the size guide thorughly and measured my knee first. The product that arrived was way too small even though it was supposed to be bigger than my knee. I ordered a return - that I had to pay for myself! And found out that even though the website says that returns shall be sent to Holland (NL) the return instruction for my order came with a UK address. This will double the cost as it is outside EU.

A great selection of boards with great design and features, including the quick release fins, with high visibility paddles, being a tad on the heavy side myself I couldn't get at ease or comfortable on either the Yarra or Duna, however My Duna was recalled and the guys at Jobe were very helpful, returning a Yarra instead to try and fulfill my needs. Jobe is faultless and very helpful.. I would of opted for the Loa but I didn't like the handle positioning being on one side where I would of placed my foot...

Amazing service. Ordered in the UK for delivery in Spain. Shipment came via Netherlands warehouse very quickly. Products are great quality and I am sure will last a long time.

Easy ordering process, and quick delivery. The sizing guide was spot on for the Jobe Unify ladies life vest I purchased. The life vest itself is a great fit, and doesn't rise up over the shoulders giving you that hunch-back look on your paddle board.

Bought two SUPs (Yarra & Brabus) and both developed slight peeling, purely cosmetic. Jobe replaced both within a matter of days. Fantastic customer service for top quality products. Backed up by a three year warranty - what more could you want.
