I am extremely disappointed with Job Titan. Their customer service is absolutely horrible—completely unreachable. I signed up for their paid subscription, which was already charged, and now they are trying to make me pay again, claiming I haven’t paid. I’ve sent multiple emails, and they never respond. It feels like once they take your money, you’re on your own.
I do not recommend this service at all. Save yourself the frustration—terrible communication, no accountability, and zero support.
