I've only used briefly so far but everything seems great. Solid and clear recording even with ambient sounds. Low profile mics with versatility. So far, recommend!
Consulted a techier person I know and they said this was a great deal.
I wish the set just went ahead and came with a converter for all mobile devices (Apple) - or was clear an adapter is needed and sell it as an add on. I'm using this for research interviews, not professional filming, and many people don't have cameras or phones that will connect with the included pieces. It was an easy extra purchase, but I'm low-tech and didn't look for this.

UPDATE: I was promptly contacted by someone who works here who was able to assist me and have the product overnight shipped. I am so happy and excited! Elsy was great! I'm only giving it a 4 though because no one ever contacted me to let me know that it was resent back to the warehouse. It would have been nice to know!

Literally ordered a month ago, was charged, and have not received a shipping notification or a processing notification. This is ridiculous. I was a refund. I wish I trusted my guy and went with another service.

Great quality products, easy ordering

Tripod pod works amazing
Tripod pod works amazing! It does everything I need it to do. However the phone mount can be more sturdy. As I was putting the phone in the phone mount it broke on me. But other than that the tripod works fantastic! I love using it!!

Doesn’t quite perform as well as I had hoped
Doesn’t quite perform as well as I had expected. Key downsides for me are the tilt on the ball head which is very stiff and the limits on how tightly you can wrap the legs around something and have it hold steady e.g. steering wheel

Great all in one video platform
All in one Vlog or just plain video making tool. The light's diffuser could hold better, but nothing a little duct tape or Gorilla tape can't resolve. I swapped out the Joby tripod it came with for another, bigger, Joby tripod.

I bought one of their new Swing…
I bought one of their new Swing sliders. Unfortunately there was a technical fault with it but after a call to their customer services department they sent a replacement which arrived the next day.
The new Swing works perfectly and I am very pleased with it.
