Responsive Care and Support

I had a bad experience to begin with and gave Joby one star together with describing the experience on Truspilot. I also lodged a complaint with Joby. To my surprise and satisfaction Joby responded promptly and addressed my complaint in a manner that demonstrated good customer care and understanding. As a reciprocal and fair response I feel obliged to revalue my experience favourably.

Great products, shop needs work

Great products, with good scope for customisation the price point is higher but the quality of the products are good.

The online shop is a little clunky however, I found the system would not recognise the house name, and would not allow for me to enter this in manually, I had to make a workaround with the company name field to make it work. The confirmation emails were not very clear with differences in the address information and all emails were addressed to the recipiant and not the buyer. But after contact with customer service this was made clear thst the email didnt have the full address label that was being attached. This needs to be improved, but i was quite happy with the service I recieved.

Happy Husband!

My husband had one of the original Joby gorilla torches...he used it for everything. And when it finally stopped working I tried to find him a replacment. When I realized they were no longer being made I bought a joby tripod base and one of the led lights to go on top! He says it's better than the original! He is so happy with it he left it displayed for a week before he eventually put it away!

Happy with product and customer service

I never received my order…

I never received my order PJBUS1140007911 and despite numerous attempts they never responded in attempt to make things right. I had gotten an email with a case number 00043998. At this point Id like nothing but my money back.

Update : I had emailed them and still have not gotten a response in regards to the refund for the order I never received. This is terrible service and would just like my money back instead of dragging this further. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
