Great products, not perfect, but customer service is helpful
Products are really great and unique. A little on the expensive side but good stuff costs good money.
on a note of improvement, I purchased a small cell phone holder which did not do what it was designed to do. The company replaced it, thank you, but still has a manufacturing defect. I'm actually on the 3rd one and it is what it is.
Working with Joby was a good experience and they do everything they can to help a customer in need.

Love the gadget but not too heavy
Love the gadget, even though sometimes it does not hold steady and I have a smaller phone (iPhone 13 mini), can't imagine what it would do on a heavier and bigger phone. I have a GripTight ONE GP Stand.

I got my first Joby tripod about 10…
I got my first Joby tripod about 10 years ago as a gift from her children. It was a very useful tool until I my newst camera exceeded its capacity. I purchased the GorillaPod® 5K Kit and it has made all the difference. My original Joby is being passed on to my son who is into cellphone photography, it is still a very capable tripod in like new condition.

Never received my item
Never received my item.
Purchasing from the site went seemingly fine, I was told I’d get an email upon shipping of my item.
I didn’t receive an email - but instead got a call the next morning from the delivery folks who said they were unable to deliver my item and to call to rearrange.
When I called to rearrange they said they would call me back, never called back and now every time I call to rearrange delivery there is no answer.
I emailed Joby about this to see if there was anything on their side they could do, and I’ve still not received any word.

The rep I spoke with was very understanding of my issue and explained the possibilities very clearly. Unfortunately, my Gorilla Pod was an older model, and the quick release tab that fits my Pod is no longer made. Fortunately my son-in-law was able to fabricate a part that functions like the quick release tab, preventing me from having to buy a newer model of Gorilla pod. Now I can use my new cell phone grip on my old Gorilla Pod.
