Nothing like the advertised produced. I ordered the sea glass mug. The ad was frosted glass and looked beautiful. The item sent was poor quality clear glass. No instructions for washing ie dishwasher safe, hand wash.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order.
Waited 2 months and it never arrive. Customer service just said 'check with neighbours'
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered items & they never turned up 2 month later and they said our transport company are sorting it out .
Well they never did eventually got a refund through my card company.
Stay away from this company they are rubbish

Brought ruck sack , nothing like the picture. Should have been 3D but come as just a print of the construction vehicles. Took 36 days to come although it looked like a UK web site but it was not.
Took more money from my credit card than the bill amount.
I think this company is a scam.

Warning do not buy from this company. I placed an order on the 14th August, after many updates from the USA to Oxford UK they stopped 2 weeks ago and nothing. I was also charge £5.00 tax on top of the original price.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. I ordered 3 window camera's that do not work. Then they offer a £2 refund and then a £4 refund. Then they ask you to ship the camera back to China for a refund although they were shipped to me from an address in West Drayton which is 20 minutes away from me. I had to get the credit card company involved who issued me a full refund.

It is obviously a scam to offload poor quality products and then trap you in the 'it is too expensive to ship back to China so you may aswell accept a small refund'. Do not fall for it people.

Absolute scam!!! Bought a ruck sack which was supposed to be 3d with lights and turned up with a picture of a truck! Very deceptive.

This company sends the wrong product and doesn’t offer full refunds,the software is useless and product obviously doesn’t work

I bought a window camera and when charging it got very hot, when I told them they didn't want to know DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FRO. THESE IN CHINA

Foolishly replied to an ad on fb for a window - security camera. After I was charged too much (they refunded) i eventually received an ordinary poor quality free-standing camera that of course won’t fit my window.
I complained and they asked to see the ir on the box - then they told me that they confirm what I received was correct. Offered me 2-00 refund. I sent them the actual video I responded to - they again said I had revived the correct item and offered 4-00 refund!! I’ve told them again that I do not want this product.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS!!

Bought a summer dress as advertised all over the web. Checked the company’s details prior to ordering and saw it was UK based so I ordered with confidence. Very foolish. Tracking was sent that showed the dress’ trip started in Canada (on its way from China no doubt) and took three weeks to get to me. When it showed up it wouldn’t fit an 8 year-old. The ad showed a soft cotton floaty dress and this one was a cheap shiny junk. When I lifted it up to the light I saw you could strain peas through it and when I shook it out to fold it back up it ripped open along a seam about 8 inches. Not fit to wash my car with. Don’t use this company. Cheap looking tat that isn’t cheap to buy!

Ordered an item, and instantly been overcharged, hence called the order.
Despite of cancellation they have decided to post the item , and told me to look for it and ask my neighbour and post office???
Asked for full refund multiple times and after month of waiting still nothing.

Shocking company, cheap plastic feeling material used for a ladies dress, yuk. Design and fitting nothing like advert. Make returns so difficult, no straight forward returns policy, have to provide proof of purchase first, no customer service to comment on. Totally scammed

I ordered and paid for a bag which never arrived. The company could provide no proof of delivery but said it was delivered … it was not. They’ve ignored my requests for a refund. I believe this is a scam, and I would advise people not to buy from them

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers and though the size was correct the cut didn't fit me.
For weeks I have tried to get details of where I can return them for a refund. I still don't have that information. They offered compensation of £5. Over some time they raised it to £7, £9 and eventually £10.
My bad. I should have checked the company out before buying anything.

I ordered the stretch high waisted multi pocket jeans. Not stretchy, just the normal pockets not what we'dclass as multi pockets. I am a 12-14 uk size ordered the large to ensure they'd fit, jeans won't go passed the knee. So, contacted jocelynnae to see how to return. They apologised but advised I could gift the jeans to a friend? I responded to advise their response was insulting and I would like an address to return the product for full refund they then replied offering 2gbp. Never ordering off this site again and never sharing products or referring again and I have warned those I have told this site about to avoid at all costs.

Ordered goods on 27th Dec 2024...supposedly delivered on 17th Jan 2025...never arrived at my address. Checked with post office and this company, obtained tracking numbers, nothing.
Little contact from company, no offered of refund or reorder of goods.
Very poor customer service.

Checkout was smooth, however what you think you're paying is not really what you end up paying, shipping of £5 is added afterwards, it would be nice to know that before hand also, I seem to have been charged and extra £3, still not sure why. If anything changes I'll update my review
