Easy to order, delivered quickly and working well.

I order and paid for a set of speakers, unfortunately these were not in stock due to the current situation in the gulf.I asked for a refund and was promptly paid back, great service

Received item quickly, price was good and the service was excellent.

No issues, I haven’t compared them to cheaper cables. Got them for my LG-G3 tv and Sonos sound bar.

I would give them 0 if I could. Web site stated delivery within 36hrs. After 4 days without any advice I contacted them and was told product was being dispatched for delivery the following day. This was not the truth as nothing happened so contacted again and I was advised a manager was looking into it and then advised was unavailable. Requested refund which they did action. Won't be using them again, plenty of other online retailers who can deliver without breaking a promise.

Item never arrived. No answer from customer support team.

9 working days in and no delivery, rang twice told no information is possible as no one is available to answer my concern.
I suspect the item is not actually in stock.

Delivery was fast although driver left my parcel outside in February and didn’t contact me to say it had been delivered, not ideal for an expensive piece of kit. But not Joe Audios fault.

Excellent service, great price. Only downside was the delivery. They didn't knock on my door, and instead left the package behind my dustbin. I found it by accident. Not sure how long it had been there but it was wet through from the rain.

Delivery could have a bit quicker. Package was good and arrived in good shape. Would recommend.

I recently ordered a turntable from joeaudio. However, the model I had ordered (Pro-ject X1) had very recently been discontinued. Due to this joeaudio were unable to fulfil my original order but offered to upgrade me at no extra cost to the newer model (Pro-ject X1B) which cost significantly more.

Extremely impressed by this interaction and will be a returning customer because of it!

Excellent service, great rewards system and prompt delivery. Building (with upgrades) a Pro-Ject Hi-Fi system up at the moment, and found JoeAudio to be very competitive and they stock all of the components and accessories that I needed. Recommended.
