Have ordered an item which was told would be delivered within 5 working days. Contacted them after 7 days and the item isn't even in stock. I'm told it will be checked but I'm not very confident. Why are they selling items they dont have. I should just have paid the little extra to get from Amazon.

Terrible customer service. I received a broken item and contacted them the same day, but got no response. Two weeks later, after multiple phone calls, I’m still being told someone will call or email me back — but no one ever does. Completely unacceptable service.

Items advertised as in stock but never available – very poor service!
I placed an order and paid for an item that was advertised as in stock. After waiting longer than the stated delivery time, I was emailed to say the item was actually out of stock and discontinued by the manufacturer.
I accepted an alternative item and received a small refund for the price difference, only to be told later that this replacement was also not in stock and would require waiting for new stock.
The order was placed in late December and it is now early February with no sign of delivery. I have since requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund, but I am still waiting for a response, which seems to be a recurring problem.
Customer service is unhelpful — calls are eventually answered but no one can resolve anything, details are taken for a callback that never happens.
Overall, very poor service and communication. If you do order, be prepared for long delays and frustration. Good luck?
