Disappointing transaction

Very slow dispatch of items, no correspondence and only half of order sent with no explanation why. Refund was made but a week later. A very strange way to conduct online business.

Ordered headphones one afternoon

Ordered headphones one afternoon, they arrived the next morning. Very good service. Not so sure about the headphones (Grado GW100x) which sound great but bluetooth drops out alot and need to re-pair with headphones relectant to enter pairing mode.

Good and not so nice…

I like the quick deleviry from the UK to Holland for my order of the Chord Epic HDMI but not so pleased that you won’t ship the English Electric EE1 plus to Holland! I had an a offer of a 10% discount, so not very pleased with that…
