Was 1 of 2 customers and still took 10 minutes. The other customer was also fed up. I was staying in buy still got a paper cup. Hardly any chairs to sit. Paying top price for a very poor service. Won't be visiting again.

The staff is very friendly, the store is inviting and each and I loved each juice I've had so far fro the last 10 years.

Completely ignored for ages. Miserable staff barely audible just about grunting.

I had a disappointing experience at one of the stores, as both the product quality and customer service fell below expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how seriously Customer Care took my feedback. They responded promptly, showed genuine understanding and took steps to address the issue with the store. Great customer support can make all the difference, and I truly appreciate their professionalism.

Really fast customer service, when i got some problem with an order. Got a new item card wich i can use for the next purchase.

Overall, very good juices and toast. High-quality ingredients. The only thing that could be criticized is often the lemon juice, which is different from the recipes. Sometimes the toast is burnt.

This is re the 17th st store in Costa Mesa, ca. The mgr Kailey (sp) is amazing! She let me know about the app. Love the app! So beneficial! The entire crew at this store has such good vibes! Good energy! Zimmie was so helpful! Adorable! The entire staff is amazing! Thanks to Kailey (sp) I am there daily! She made me a fan! And it all started out with a sample of the Power Shake! The entire crew is amazing!!

The menu is varied and wonderful
My comment is that the music is very loud, and this is annoying.

My daughter's and I love a trip to Joe and the Juice when we are in London, it's a great idea for a healthy option while out and about. And not unreasonably priced!

I've just been in contact with customer services for some help with a birthday surprise / challenge for my daughter, and had the most amazing customer experience from Nat who just whipped up a checklist in the J&tJ branding so we can try to tick off as many branches as possible on our next trip. Her response was so fast and her manner was wonderful! Left me feeling really happy and even more delighted with J&tJ 😊 Can't wait to get to London and present my daughter (13) with the list!

Dijone club sandwich is great. It has unique delicious taste. Crew is ok but could be little more friendlier. Space is ok but not many places for indoor sitting as it is too hot outside plus places to work on laptop are limited. Juices are ok, hell of a nerve smoothie is cool, feel good juice is ok as it is new taste. All in all, place is worth visiting regularly but need to lower the prices little. Also one problem with the app is that you cannot get loyalty points unless you order and pay through the app which is really strange and cumbersome. Tim hortons and many other brands offer payment on POS and getting loyalty points through app, so please fix this in the app.
