Joe's Airport Parking Reviews 

I use Joe’s Parking on a regular basis. This is a really convenient place to park and get shuttled to the airport. Only one star removed for the requirement to go inside and wait for help to verify you paid accurately and get a bar code to get out on your return home.

While I prepaid for several days to park, I returned early from my trip and should have been given a refund for unused days.
They were rude and uncooperative and did not refund the overcharge,

I wish they wouldn’t have change drop off stations. Now we have to walk to departure.

We booked/paid for all online. We felt our car was secure/safe in the structure during our trip. The service was good. There was even coffee and a restroom available at the structure while we waiting for the shuttle to arrive. Our experience was smooth and flawless. We will use Joe's Airport Parking again the next time we fly.

I was charged twice.
The location is great, the shuttle service was very good.
The 2 starts reason is that I reserved online and paid that day and when I left the parking lot I was not informed I had to go to the office to get a code, I exited and was asked for the credit card I used for the reservation. It was charged again and now that I asked for the reimbursement I am told I have to submit receipts, when I already sent proof of both of the charges to my credit card.

I paid for 5 days of parking, but my flight got cancelled, so I left after 1 day. They wouldn't give me a refund.

You change your process continually.

You have "sold" all the spots on the lower levels to others - so if you're buying daily parking you're pretty much guaranteed driving to the very top level.

Your driver's are the roughest riders ever imagined. They don't need to jam the accelerator and then slam on the brakes at every stop.

I left my carry on bag in the shuttle with my camera in it. I called them from the airport in a panic and they were very helpful and said they would save it for me until I returned. When I returned it was there safe and sound :) Thank you again!

Customer service lacks!!! Personnel not friendly. Act like they don't want to be there! Very serious in looking at alternative parking lots.

there is no handicap parking. the parking structure doesn't start until the 4th floor and it tends to be pretty packed at times, there's been times where it is so crowded i would circle all the way to the roof and had to come down and asked for valet parking.

Their elevator sucks ! I had a bad experience it wouldnt work had to carry my lugage 4 floors

Shuttle service is good, parking is horrible! Never enough spots.
