New Patient

Just received and administered my 1st dose of the Semaglutide. I was approved without speaking with a doctor directly, which is fine by me but wish there was an online portal to view provider notes and not just the text message I was sent with instructions. Also, knowing the prescriber's name is helpful although this is listed on the vial. Otherwise, Renata in CS who reached out was nice and I did speak with a gentleman in CS when checking on the shipping. They returned my voicemail promptly.

Did not send correct medication for two months.

This was the second time I went with Joey Med, the first time it was for a 3-month starter dose with Tirzepatide. By the last month, the vials weren't doing anything and the BUD had passed.

I reached out about purchasing a second two month dose to continue my progress. They sent me a warm single vial. All medical literature, from the manufacturer and FDS confirms that there is a 28-day window once the medication is punctured and reaches room temperature.

Instead of sending a second vial to fulfull my order, they just refunded my month. Now it will take weeks to find another provider. They did not provide the solution I needed or fulfill the medical request.

I have been waiting for someone from the medical team or pharmacy to contact me regarding new dose. I had lost 13 pounds in a little over a month. Now, with the dose I was prescribed, cravings are back and no weight loss

So far I have had a great experience…

So far I have had a great experience with Joey. My initial sign up was safe and sufficient. The instructions were clear and accurate and the team was available to help me every step of the way. I am still in my early stage of the program. This is only week 5 but I will say I have received compliments from others while myself I can't really see it. However I will say I can feel the loosen in my clothes. I'm happy about that and trusting the process. Thank you Joey!

Customer Service 5 star, Christian called me back as soon as he stated. This company is professional. Although they are in the money making business they treat you as a person and not a number. I have been calling an texting for over a month and I never felt pressured to purchase. They were patient enough to educate me so I could make the best decision for My Body. Great customer service and pricing

I started with Joey Meds in November 2025. Initially the customer service was ok and then it actually got bad. Hard to reach anyone, no tracking sent, first order was not sent to the correct address. Second order was hard to get responses. I had an issue with the second orde, I did not receive my full 12 weeks I had ordered. I contacted Joey Meds about this and I have had the best customer service! I have received messages throughout the process to correct this order and everything has been taken care of in a very timely manner. I will continue to order my Tirzepatide from Joey Meds with their continued top notch customer service. Pricing is also great. Highly recommend. Would be 5 stars if the start of my experience would have been better.

From the start I didn’t get enough…

From the start I didn’t get enough syringes. I had to buy more. I contacted and that was a waste of time. Several times I asked questions and received no reply or had to wait 3-4 days. Not to mention the fact that I lost 0 pounds. Has zero side effects. I think you gave me garbage.
