The customer service is exceptional! Always available and very knowledgeable with the many questions I initially had in the beginning. The process is so seamless and they really go above and beyond! Will continue to order time and time again!

Customer service was non existent.
No answers to any questions in chats or emails. App was useless.

I was with a different provider and joeymeds matched the price! Amazing customer service!! Everytime I text them they quickly responded and were very patient n understanding with me reassuring me! From order date to receiving needs was 5 days! I will definitely stay with them and I highly recommend them!

I would not recommend this company. It's very misleading. They tell you the pricing is for any dosage just to wheel you in. You pay upfront. Never speak to an actual physician regarding dosage. They automatically approve a starter dosage even if you have already been on a higher dosage. I was promised a higher dosage and never received. I've spoke to multiple customer service reps who made promises that were never fulfilled. I was told that a manager would contact me and I would receive a tracking number for the correct dosage. However, none of this happened. Now they're ignoring me. I have text message and all to prove of how horrific this experience has been. To had insult to injury, instead of hearing back from a manager, I received another message promising any dosage for the same price if I made another purchase.
After I made a complaint I received a message saying I’ve been approved for meds and asked when I wanted to start. I replied and reiterated all of the chaos I’ve dealt with over the past 3 or more weeks. Now they’re responding as if the problem was with return confusion when in reality that was not the issue at hand, I can go on with the numerous misinformation from them but I not going to do so because they’ll only turn the tables around and refuse to take accountability.

I have been used Joey Meds for 2 1/2 months now and I'm in-love with the results. The getting started was a smooth process and my Rep Nancy helped me every step of the way. I will be continuing with them until I reach my weight loss goal.

This company makes ordering simplistic answer a few questions go through their system you get great pricing great customer service and they’re right there for you highly recommend

When I ordered I wasn’t sure if I was going to get what I requested. (I had been with someone else.) They started me where I left off with my last dose. I wrote them two times a day . I was anxious to get started . They were very professional and patient with me. They were understanding and reassuring me that I would get a tracking number as soon as it was ready to ship. The whole process took 10 days from the start of questions, and consultation.I received my meds the tenth day ! I have lost 38 lbs in 3 months. I recommend. Joey meds They are Proffesional and fast !

Not so great experience with this company! At first customer service made me feel comfortable with my decision to switch providers and the pricing was a game changer also, I purchased their BOGO offer in December recieved 4 weeks worth of meds but didn't receive the next 4 weeks as paid for. I was told that they switched pharmacies and that they only thing they could do is give me a partial refund of the purchase price so I accepted the refund and switched provider. The medication works, since I've been on I've lost 2-3 pounds a week!I don't recommend this company.

Nancy and Lily are wonderful to work with and provide over the top communication which is so incredibly important when starting a new medication. I was very impressed with the Fast Shipping of the Semiglutide and the quick responses from Nancy and Lily. I would recommend Joey Med to all! Best experience I have had hands down!
