Mark & Lewis fitted our carpets this morning- very impressive service and really helpful guys. All the service we have received from Doe's has been excellent.

Simon & Scott were brilliant when delivering our extremely heavy new Dining table & chairs. Great care was taken in carrying/assembling it & the 8 chairs before inspecting it & demonstrating the folding mechanism.
They were friendly, polite & courteous.

It has been an absolute pleasure having Jack at our cottage doing our oak flooring !
His work ethic was extremely professional. Considering there is not a true straight wall in the cottage his craftsmanship was second to none !

Delivery guys telephoned 20 mins ahead of their arrival . They were friendly and professional ( shoes left at the door before entering ). They asked where we would like the 2 Sofa's positioned before they got them off the van .Sofa's well packaged which they removed and took away , cushions were put in place we didn't have to do anything . They made everything easy for us we now just have to sit back and enjoy the Sofa's. Thank you Simon and Scott and the furniture dept staff at John Doe .

A very smooth delivery process. I got a call prior to their arrival to let me know they were on the way. Scott and Simon were very courteous and professional and were mindful of our fixtures and fittings whilst getting our new mattress up the stairs.
Sadly the wrong mattress was delivered but that was swiftly resolved by Ben in the store.

Simon and Scott Delivered our order, they were lovely guys, chatty. They put the bed together and made sure I was happy with it before they left.

They rang me before delivery but as it happened to be on school run time, they said no problem and came after school run!

Simon and Scott came to adjust some furniture, which had been bought recently. Excellent service from them both, no fuss, very polite and quick to sort the minor problem.

Brilliant service second time we used them in as many months. The staff are friendly and the delivery staff were absolutely fantastic

We were buying a riser-recliner chair for my elderly disabled mother. Sales assistant Taylor could not have been more helpful. She picked up that my mother was left handed and suggested moving the controls to the left-hand side of the chair. She made the whole experience enjoyable for my mother who had previously been reticent to have a chair.

Simon and Scott returned today with replacement doors for a wardrobe purchased late last year after finding they weren't a good fit. Did everything they could to rectify the fault, coming up with their own solution and fixing the fault. Always respectful of our newly decorated bedroom and removing shoes when stepping into the house.

Excellent service. Louis and Josh arrived early, made no fuss and did an excellent job of fitting our new living room carpet.

All the mess was taken away, they removed shoes on the new carpet, hoovered thoroughly and left the room super clean.

Two nice blokes as well, all in all we could not be happier with the carpet and the fitting.
