I have purchased several pairs of shoes…

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from this store. Recently I became smitten with the Nansen, which offers a unique style and vibe sporting a slightly squared off toe box. My challenge was that I was close to an 11, but felt a little cramped. Justin was very accommodating and sent a size 12 with inserts, but my feet sloshed around in them. Then Justin came up with Plan C. He modified a Size 11, by stretching them out where I needed it. This final sale transaction was just what I needed to get a perfect fit. He also advised me on shoe polishing maintenance to keep me looking stylish. Justin a true gem, ever so thoughtful and resourceful. Thank you for working with me to overcome my impediments Justin.
