I feel disappointed

I ordered 4 or 5 pairs of shoes from Oesh over time. Each time, I requested a tracking number when I placed my order and never received it, so I had to reach out numerous times so I could track my shipment. I like to have that information so I can track my order.

I did not realize their shoes are made in China. The last pair said "made in China" on the shoes' insole. I thought they were handmade in the United States by Oesh.

I have blue and green warriors. The lastest pair I ordered was the black warriors. The fit was different than my other 2 pairs, they were a lot tighter along my feet. I like the blue and green ones partly because of their spaciousness. Also, the black pair's laces were frayed at the tips and had glue on the shoes. I wiped some of the glue off, to try and keep them. I felt frustrated. I need care. The shoes cost $138 (which is more than it used to be).

Also, even though this was not my doing, I received my order in this state, I had to pay for the shipping cost to return them, and the expense of bringing them to the post office. And I had to experience all of this.

I bought a pair of the warrior shoes…

I bought a pair of the warrior shoes with high hopes. Unfortunately these shoes hurt my bunion and other areas of my feet that I’ve never felt pain in before - really tight in the heal, outside of foot (feels like my pinky toes are being pushed in) and top of foot - note that my feet are relatively narrow, yet there were so many pinch points. I tried to break them in but was unsuccessful, and can’t return them now. Learned my lesson and won’t purchase from Oesh again.

I have a pair of the Warrior shoes

I have a pair of the Warrior shoes. I have neuropathy from chemo and a bunion. These shoes are comfortable and I love the soles. I wanted to order the Dream shoe in black and was told they have lots of the brown and gray Dream shoes in my size. I decided to wait until this fall thinking by now the Dream shoe in black would be in my size. Nope. When I emailed them I was given the exact same answer as before. There is no phone number for contact which is very strange. I get the feeling they are trying to sell out their inventory and not actually making new shoes. There is another issue with them but it is similar. Poor communication and just run around answers. My advise is look for a different company. I am sad because I really like the shoes.

This was the worst company I have ever…

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on President’s Day. I did not read the return and exchange procedure because it was an American company and I did not think I would have a problem with a return (my fault)
Neither shoe fit correctly and I couldn’t return them because they were "discounted". I could exchange them-nothing in my size-or have a credit on their site for a year. (Then what happens to my money?) I asked a customer representative (No names on emails) “So if I would have purchased the day before or the day after President’s Day I could return (my cost) the VERY SAME shoes?” I was told discounts are very expensive for the company. I said "Well, don't offer them! Plenty of stores do not have President Day Sales or other holiday sales!" I also said I would gladly pay back my discount if I were able to return the shoes! I have heard nothing.

Damaged product / difficult communication

Communicating with Oesh was frustrating - it was difficult to get a straight answer when I enquired about sizing, etc. - and they are so gushy about their company / products, continually reminding me how wonderful their shoes are, which was annoying.
I bought the Townies, which are attractive and comfortable - although they arrived with a smudge on the fabric and (more importantly) a snag in the delicate crocheted material. I sent a photo to Oesh, who wrote back saying 'our workers try to do their best' and 'there are always minor imperfections'. They deemed it okay to sell a shoe with a snag in the fabric, and weren't open to rectifying the problem. Given the high price point, I think that's unacceptable.
