I have used this mousse for years. I often try different ones when I’m drawn in by advertising…. But I always come back to this one. My hair is very fine, although not thinning. It is flat and scraggly at the ends. This mousse gives it a natural volume without drying it or making it frizzy. The volume lasts for the whole day…. And even a bit the next day. It’s much better when I blow dry it but can work a bit even when I leave it dry naturally. It’s not a miracle and some days my hair doesn’t seem to respond as well to it than other days, however it’s the best I’ve tried…and I’ve tried lots!

I have used the shampoo for died and natural blondes and I must say that my hair definitely looks blonder after a wash. However this effect only lasts one or maximum two days as it is just optical and it doesn’t effectively highlight your hair. All in all it is a good shampoo.

I used John freida shampoo and conditioner for frizzy hair and it made my scalp itchy and breakout in to hives. I've never had an allergic reaction to any other products in 43 years. Very awful! Will not buy again!

I bleached my hair in dark blond. Then I realised I wanted a lighter shade. I bought JF spray, shampoo, mask and conditioner and kept on using these four for half a year. I am stunned by the results. It's as if I've been dying my hair again, however... I haven't. I can (as well as everyone around me) see a clear difference before - after. Not to mention my hair became STRONGER and much healthier! I definitely recommend the brand to all people who bleach their hair and need extra care!

I regularly use the leave in conditioner and hair repair mask and my hair feels soft, smells devine and is actually manageable. Definitely my go to product!

I decided to try the hair color as I was using other products by john freida. Well I am stroke handicapped so I followed the instructions on the information sheet to combine the products and started foaming my color on well halfway through the process, I could not get it to squirt any foam out, I took the lid off trying to see if I could see the clog, well it was no good I could mot get any more foam out so I very carefully poured the rest of the bottle on my hair and massaged it in. after the appropriate time, I rinse my hair out and proceeded to style and wanted to let you know I love the color I usually have kind of dark gray mousy hair and no so I put the light natural brown on it and it just looked beautiful other than not getting the pump to work. I really really am pleased with the color so I was just wondering if you could tell me if there is if your hair color is available, any other form other than the phone pump thank you very much.

Does not give volume to fine hair. Too many ingredients which condition and weigh down hair. (Glycerine?) Ok as a detangler and conditioner but left hair flyaway and and unstylable. Do not buy if looking for volume. Expensive.

John Freida Pro filler thickening spray .. abdolute waste of money like all his thickner sprays. Bought 3 different volume blowdry sprays in last month all useless. Fine. Thin hair colapses or goes greasy. You'd think a professional hair stylist would know that!!!

Do not buy this product, box states cover 100% of greys, it does not touch greys whatsoever!
All it does is dry your hair, contacted them who offered to send me a new dye, umm no thanks would never use this product again even if giving away free

the John Freida Profiller+ spray is excellent - after 60 years of living with fine hair which damages easily I used this after my hair wash this evening and ..... yes, it works, as in makes a very visible difference to my hair. Usually on hair wash day my hair is flat and sparse - today I added in the one different step in my haircare routine and this was the Prorfitter+ spray. Used my usual wash and conditioning products and yes, it looks good - as in good enough to wear down - thank you

Love the frizz ease serum, love the oil too. I have curly hair and JF products are amazing!

This is about the Foam Colour purchased from John Frieda.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I’m fuming, devastated and simply don’t know what to do!

I’ve used the colour brown, which is my natural colour, in order to cover up my grey roots. The fact that it doesn’t a allow to use a brush was weird, but I had to travel and there was no time to purchase a different product. I wish I NEVER would have used their terrible colour!!! STAY AWAY FROM IT!

My roots did not cover at all, to begin with. And I’m colouring my roots myself since years without problems. The colour I usually use from L’Oreal was sold out, unfortunately!

But the WORST: my hair is completely and utterly DAMAGED! It feels as if I’ve used bleach and not a brown colour! HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE!!!!!!

I’m a public figure, can you imagine what this means??
My hair is fried, dry, and looks just terrible. I cried when I saw this.

WHO HAS CREATED THIS NIGHTMARE OF A PRODUCT???????

I can only warn you, don’t use it. I’m beyond devastated, I bloody HATE them. Thank for ruining the coming months it would take to grow this out and all the extra hair appointments and work it will take to be somewhat presentable on camera!

I’m really sorry for my language used, but a company like this shouldn’t even be allowed to sell products anymore. Products that damage peoples hair!!!

purple shampoo!
Excellent stuff, i have been dark for over 20 years of over compensating on black hair dye every three weeks. I decided on a huge change to ash. So i started with the bleach 3x i used the bleach and i could not lift the brassy tones i was ready to throw in the towel. 4 uses and they're nearly completely gone even the red tones the hairdressers said wouldn't budge and i would have to settle for a dark ash.

just bought their hair colour followed all instructions but didn't foam just liquid pouring so had to just throw it away. Won't buy this again or recommend.

i used the purple shampoo and it did not tone my hair. Not to happy
