With no instructions, it was very hard to understand how to use this, after googling we found it better to not use it all and do it without. If you’re buying a product and you need this to, I feel that it should be part of the sale and not an additional fee.

Does the job but think should be provided with jewellery purchase. The charms are only manageable with the tool and I had spent 270 on the bracelet.

Bought this as an extra for my sister to be able to design her own bracelet. Quite difficult to use, you need to find “the knack” gets easier with practice.
