Bought this with two charms as I thought I was getting a free bracelet with my order, unfortunately not, so really neither use or ornament to me.

Unfortunately for your order the total of the charms had to reach the threshold to receive the free bracelet. This is a ruling by Nomination we have to follow. Absolute rubbish cant hold bracket open long enough to attach charm an absolutely no instructions, I cannot attach charms i will ask at your nomination shop hopefully they will help

This tool does not help me to change the charms Ideally I think it should e metal and possibly have a smaller tool to help or instructions on how to add the charms.
