Card with Benefits
I applied for the benefits and my physical card took a little time to arrive. No problem as I was able to add the details to my Apple wallet quickly probably next day which was so helpful and convenient. The service is amazing. The whole process of application to receipt of card both physically and online was very easy and smooth.
I have been using the card often however I have not interacted with any staff as yet. However always found staff in store and online via telephone etc very supportive and so helpful.

Great but not the rate online
I went into John Lewis to get my euros. The girl behind the counter was lovely and very helpful. I got what I wanted no problem. However, I had tried to order these online a few days before so I could collect them. The rate was €1.13 at that time. Unfortunately, the date I wanted to collect was not available, which was why I went to the store. This made a difference of €20 under. I wonder why I couldn’t get them online to collect on the day I wanted. Perhaps you could enlighten me.
