Spent over $150 for a pair of pants and was only able to wear them one time. They were ruined in the wash and customer service was non-existent. Stick with Peter Millar because Johnnie-O is cheaply made in comparison. The company didn't even want the return for quality research.

Bad Customer Servicein…

Johnnie O has a major FLAW it’s in their Customer Service. Jonnie Os Customer Service personnel are not trained. I called them twice today, to check on some pants, that I already own of Johnny Os. I do own several sets of Johnnie o pants which I love. When asking these 2 women in customer service what the name of the pant I own was they didn’t have a freakin clue, neither one of them listened to a word I said. They were trying to pass the buck immediately, when I spend this kind of money on clothes I expect great service from the exact people that should be taking care of me. So” I just wasted my time. And felt as if I spoke to someone at a taxi company , not A Clue VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Lots of "usually" mentions in policies

First and foremost, their policies use the word "usually" a lot, which seems to relinquish them from their responsibility to keep to these policies very much. I placed an order on 12/31/2022. Here we are at 1/11/2023 and still no shipment confirmation. I asked three times for a refund and was consistently told (after the few days that passed after I contacted them) that my order was shipping soon and that I could return it if necessary. Interesting that they wouldn't cancel the order even though the order was listed as pending and unfulfilled. Bad business all around if you ask me. I guess my case fell somewhere on the other side of "usually".
