Ordered 7 polos — about $700 for my first order. Shipping was very delayed, and when it finally arrived, I didn’t receive all my shirts. Only 6 were in the package.
I immediately reached out to support and provided everything: screenshots of the original order showing 7 polos, the packing slip showing only 6 shipped, and photos of what I received. All I got back were AI responses saying they’d “look into it” — and then nothing. No follow-up, no resolution.
The only time I got an actual human response was after I disputed the charge. At that point, they said they would have sent the missing shirt, but because the order was now in dispute, there was “nothing they could do.” Then they stopped responding entirely.
For a company at this price point, that’s completely unacceptable. This is some of the most unprofessional customer service I’ve dealt with.
I’ll stick with brands like Primo, Good Good, Breezy, Barstool Sports, Adidas, Nike, and Puma. At least they have real customer service that actually responds and fixes problems quickly.
Honestly, there’s no difference in quality either. Primo, Breezy, and Good Good are equal — if not better — and cost a lot less per shirt.

How To Lose a $500/yr over $20
Actually been an influencer with them when they were unheard of. Probably bought $2K+ of apparel for myself and friends/family over past 3-4 years.
Saturday with what i thought was a $20 or 20% discount code. Stated immediately after the order that i was looking for discount code and it didn’t pop up. I communicated in writing on 1/31 (3 minutes after ordering) to cancel if can’t apply discount cancel order.
Written communication back they can apply discount retroactively. I asked what that means. No communications until Tuesday, February 3rd …, so sorry already shipped. The deadline btw was 1/31/2026 for discount.
Total disregard for what was promised on 1/31. So they apparently don’t care and are losing a $500/yr customer over $22.

Un-returnable Christmas Present
Received an Item for Christmas from a relative. Attempted to return the item for the proper size and was informed that the order did not exist and even if they had found the order any items delivered to Canada cannot be returned? They obviously have no problem selling to Canadians, just pray it’s the right size, style, colour and has no flaws or you’re stuck with it.
As a Rhodesian Ridgeback owner and advocate this hurts. We’re done with this company, their customer service is extremely lacking. AVOID.
Great product, terrible follow-up
Product was great but didn't fit. Thought an exchange would be simple and had no trouble getting it back to them and the automated system confirmed receipt on their end. Since then, it's been crickets. I would be fine with a delayed shipment back if they would communicate. I'm just really aggravated with them, their AI customer service seems sympathetic but nothing has been done since the AI said someone would contact me regarding the issue. Really wanted the product, but now i would settle for money back so i could go to their competition that actually wants a customer.
College pullovers overpriced with poor quality.
I own 8 Rhoback polos and have never had an issue. My wife bought me the new Clemson pullover in October 2025. The pullover was worn less than 5 times and washed 2 times. The pullover collars started to fade and the pullover material started to pick. The shirt was very expensive and the quality was not worth the price. Buyer beware.

My Christmas present to my brother was not delivered. The picture that was used as proof of delivery did not include anything other than the box itself. Rhoback does not offer live customer service and the AI service it does use runs in circles. I would not suggest using them for anything being delivered somewhere.

Customer service does not exist. Can't talk to a human. Takes several days to get response from email. Gave up trying to return item that was too small. I gave the item to a neighbor. That was my last purchase from Rhoback.

12/26/2025 Rhoback's return/exchange web page does not work. They do not respond to emails (I have left numerous). I'm trying to exchange an item for another size. In doing so, I've also learned that the price I paid is NOT the price they will credit me - I paid $118.92 and they want to refund only $111.62. Why? Of course there is no one to answer questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF THEY RESPOND, I'LL POST THE RESULT.

I purchased an eGift Card that I never received. Charged my credit card next day. I have never gotten the email with the eCard. All I get is an AI email response. No phone number or live person. Can't get my $100 refund. Ready to contact the BBB.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Ordered a puffer vest on Nov 24. Today, 12/16, still no delivery. Rhoback blames FedEx & FedEx blames Rhoback. Rhoback insists that I must wait knowing that FedEx has no record of the shipment after their last posting on 11/26. It seems obvious now that I will NEVER receive my order. I've spent hours trying to resolve. Rhoback will not return my call communicating by email only. Rhoback is not moving to assist me. Never again! To risky to buy from Rhoback.
Terrific experience
Terrific experience. Their return process was fast and easy, plus they gave us 60 days during this holiday shopping season. I have spent several hours returning orders to other online sites. Yes hours and this return took maybe 5 minutes. I told my wife to keep shopping at Rhoback
Nothing available during holiday season?
I waited until Black Friday to order Christmas presents because the return policy had been 30 days. When I went to order, everything in sizes I wanted to get were sold out. There was no way to order anything not in stock, so I asked to be notified when they were available. Their website says they restock about 3 times a week. So the following week I waited for any kind of notification because, surely, they would restock for Christmas. Still nothing. No notifications, everything still out of stock. I messaged the company through the website and was told that I could not get the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales even though the items were not in stock and they would have a representative notify me. Now all the items say restock in February 2026. I'm sorry, but you need to anticipate higher sales at the holidays - that's NOT the time to not have stock available. Would not recommend, especially if you want to give as a holiday gift.
Their Logos are obnoxious
Love the design and fit, quality seems good, but the logos are somewhat obnoxious. If the logos were removed or less unobtrusive, I would wear their active gear exclusive.
Shipping was delayed, but they made it right
I see many posts on here about slow shipping and at first I did have the same issue. I ordered a collegiate quarter zip for my Dad’s bday and so he could wear it to a game day watch party. I kept an eye on the tracking and saw it was not moving for almost 2 weeks. At first I emailed as I was not going to get the order in time, and got the AI response. I looked deeper on the website and got their chat. I was connected to a live customer service agent who was able to overnight me a new shirt so my dad could have it by game time, and they refunded my shipping. I also got a $50 off coupon for my next order. When I got the original order over a week later, about 3 weeks after the original order. They let me keep it. I then used the coupon to order another item and am also very happy with that one. That item came quickly! Overall I was really impressed with their response and resolution.
Never received product and only AI Customer Service
Do not ever purchase anything from this compnay. Charged me $100+ for a polo on Sept. 3rd. Didn't give me a shipping update for 6 days. Only to tell me they had warehouse issues but didn't have an update on when I might receive my order. Then tell me the order wouldn't arrive until Sept. 18th, but mysteriously the order was deliverd on Sept. 13th but never arrived. They have zero customer service it is only AI. There is no phone number to call. They stole money from me. Worthless company.
Not Very Credible
I was happy with the polo I ordered but after reading real reviews, I'm skeptical about how it long it will last, and just the overall vibe of this company. For $128 plus tax, plus shipping, you'd would think they would use a reliable quick shipping service. I thought I ordered in plenty of time for the first football game of the season, but it was sent by pony express and didn't make it in time. When the tired old donkey did arrive, I gave them a less than 5 star review which never posted. Notice on their website, everything is pretty much 5 stars.

Ordered a hat from this company rhoback. I understand USPS either loses a package or takes a long time I'll accept that. I contacted customer service at least 10 times through email. I get a automated generated AI assistant reply. The reply sounds cool and hip but answers nothing. If you call the number their voicemail is full. What kind of actual business has a voicemail that's full? They never once got back to me with anything it's been 12 days since I've ordered a hat. I will never get it .now I have to go through the process of trying to get my money. Like I said I understand packages get lost I do not understand why customer service after multiple multiple days multiple tries multiple efforts won't even acknowledge a phone call and email or anything. Really terrible customer service
