The young lady I spoke to on the telephone (Freya) regarding number plate registration was absolutely brilliant. My first experience buying property at auction, so I was wary and apprehensive. Exemplary service from the staff I had dealings with. Helen Bingley, Maisie Patsides and Chris Roper were all very friendly, very helpful and very professional. Communications with all three were excellent. Would look forward to dealing with them again if I bought at auction through John Pye. Would highly recommend.

I'm deeply disappointed in this agency because no one called me back even though they said 'someone will be calling you back in 5 minutes.' Twice they said this!
I called in the morning so they had more than enough time to check an availability on a house. Over 7hrs and still no one called despite the fact i called twice.
Very bad.

Everything is so easy and the help and support I received was excellent even when I had problems nothing was too much trouble for them and they pretty much sorted them for me.
