They like to hold back deposits for grass naturally growing weeks after you moved out!
They will nip pick at everything.
If you are disabled and arent able to paint a wall "professionally" they will deduct more money!.
They also dont show evidence what your landlords have said. If you dont have direct communication with your landlord. Don't believe a word they say!
They answer the phone and talk too you like robots with no remorse.

As a contractor working along side Beth, is fantastic. She has her landlords and tenants best interests at heart, from small quotes to full renovations. You're in safe hands with her. Looking forward to growing our company along side working with her! Thank you.

Ellie was absolutely brilliant during the viewing and afterwards. She explained everything in detail and gave us all the information we needed about both the property and the process. She also went out of her way to ensure our referencing was completed as quickly as possible, as we were working within a tight timeframe.

I have recently moved into my new property with Uni2rent part of John Shepherd and I have to say it was very smooth process for me to get into the new property. My previous tenancy agreement was about to end and I have to move in on the very same day and it was Friday evening, most of the letting agency try to shift the move in to Monday but when I requested Monica Moran she managed to give me the keys the same day I requested and I am very glad she did. I would also like to mention Ellis Boakye here the way he helped me to move in and sort every problem I had was tremendously good. If anyone reading this review I would suggest to book with them and honestly they have great properties.

The process so far has been amazing and seamless. I just paid my booking amount today and Kelvin Zakeyo was my agent in the process. Amazing guy, friendly vibe, tells you everything all the way and makes sure you get everything done and checked right. Highly recommend!

Monica and Kelvin were super helpful.

They respond really fast via email, but it is a little harder to find anyone on the phone. They are quite adaptive to your needs and will find a solution that would make you happy. Havind said that there were some delays and there could be more attention to detail.

Had a really good experience with Kelvin Zakeyo. He was easy to deal with, always quick to reply, and kept things moving without any hassle. He made the whole process way less stressful than I expected.

He was friendly, straightforward, helpful the whole way through. He actually cares about doing a good job and building customer relationships rather than just doing the bare minimum for the job.
