Amazing customer service

Better than I expected.

I was looking for a nice leather bag for a small set of clubs and this one came up, very reasonably priced.
There was a slight delay with the courier and they chased it up and forwarded all communication.
When the bag arrived it was in minimal packaging was made from good quality materials. It feels like it'll last a lifetime.
For what I wanted, it's perfect.

VERY disappointed!!

Received my item (canvas cartridge bag).It’s nothing like the item I was expecting.Colour, shape, handles are not as seen in their advert.As for the delivery….Yodel have lived up to their reputation .Package dropped on my doorstep and the driver could not even be bothered to ring the bell! Luck it didn’t rain. All in all, not a good experience. I shall be sending this back!

As a family-owned business we rely heavily on customer reviews, we do not get many negative reviews which is something we work hard towards and are very proud of, so for you to respond without allowing us the chance to rectify the issue you have seems unfair.

As for the delivery of your parcel via Yodel, if the item was damaged in any way during the delivery, we would have sent you a replacement free of charge.

Good quick service

Good quick service

Only problem was the delivery company who couldn’t find my house even with a detailed instructions and phone number to call, which they didn’t. This is obviously not the fault of John Shooter
