Brilliant tackle shop with great product range and excellent customer service. Everyone is really friendly and super knowledgeable about their product range, in particular Mitchel - he can't do enough to help and is happy to spend as long as you need to chat things through to help you make the right decision. He's an absolute credit to the company.

Sarah and Anthony let me put a deposit on 3 items until I got paid a bivvy a social cap and solar net as the bivvy and social cap were on offer. I needed the items to go to France two days later. Once I paid the balance I received the items before midday the next day. Would like to thank them for their excellent service from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new purchase.

Honestly shocked at how good this tackle shop is. Never had a parcel delivered so quickly. Ordered at 1:30pm and the parcel arrived at 9am the next day. took me by surprise!

I bought a chair in Sept 2021 but the stitching came apart and a couple of bolts came loose. I emailed Anthony at Johnson Ross and he was on the case immediately. He advised me to package the faulty item as best I could and promptly sent me a returns label whilst also offering me either a refund or replacement chair. Returns label came one day, chair returned the next and new chair replaced and received another day later. Could not believe the efficiency and kindness given by Anthony. What a wonderful company. Keep up the brilliant work and service, guys. You really are a winner.

I’ve been ordering from Johnson Ross for a year now. They offer the best service and range of products you will come across. Nothing is ever too much trouble. For example, I had a problem with a landing net that I had ordered from them online. I let them know and without hesitation, they arranged for it to be collected and sent me another immediately. Orders are always on time and when you ask for them. Brilliant people.

Really impressed with Johnson Ross, ordered multiple items that were all in stock on Thursday at 11am and they arrived at 2pm the next day. This included freezer boilies that were still pretty much frozen that are hard to get delivered right now. They were also cheaper than a lot of other larger online shops. Will definitely use again

Great, fast, efficient delivery. Vast range of products on their store and they always seem to have stock when everywhere else is out. The only downside is the delivery cost, but I can live with it.
