Brilliant service
Ordered some large expensive items on the 1st July which I wanted for a trip that weekend - I called them before ordering online to check I would receive them in good time - very friendly and helpful staff - sure enough within 2 hours of ordering online I got a dispatch e mail with tracking details and the items arrived the next day. Brilliant service

THE best tackle dealer in the UK
THE best tackle dealer in the UK, whether buying online or in the shop. Prices are always competitive, goods arrive quickly and well packaged. When they do make a mistake (it happens) they sort things out very quickly. Customer service is excellent and if I only had one criticism it would be that their younger staff come across a little arrogant when you're in the shop. Overall though, these guys always go the extra mile for you and that's what counts. Well done and keep it up!
