Such a lovely brand and great customer service! I ordered the Yana trouser in the black pinstripe but they were too big when they arrived. I emailed customer service as I was worried the size down would be too small. They were so so helpful in describing the fit and sizing, so I exchanged and they are perfect!

I am so obsessed with sisterhood. No joke but about 50% of the clothes I actually wear on a regular basis are from here. I decided a couple of years ago to stop buying cheap bad quality clothes and invest in great quality sustainable fashion and create a capsule wardrobe of clothes i will actually wear again and again. The quality and design of the clothes are amazing, the customer service is wonderful when I've needed some help with an order and I love that the brand is sustainable fashion. 10/10 never regretted a purchase and i've got all my friends buying from here too! <3 keep doing what you're doing - credit where credit's due from a fashion lover x

Incredible brand and customer service…
I’ve ordered several things from this brand now and have adored all of it. As soon as I receive my items, they go straight on. I love everything they stand for, their sustainable approach, their classic designs and I think their customer service is incredible.
I had a problem with my most recent order, these things happen and have been so impressed with their response, speedy resolution and thoughtfulness the whole time. Molly in customer service was amazing and so attentive with helping me- she’s a real asset to the brand. I have 0 bad things to say about this company. Couldn’t recommend them enough xx

Disappointing Customer Service and Unfair Accusations
I recently purchased a jumper from Sisterhood, which developed a large hole after minimal use. I contacted their customer service team to report the issue, only to be told that the damage must have been caused "on purpose" by me. This accusation is not only unfounded but also highly unprofessional.
Instead of addressing the fault, the company insisted I return the item for inspection, despite making it clear that they would likely reject the claim outright. Their dismissive tone and lack of impartiality made me feel that returning the item would not lead to a fair resolution.
I offered photographic evidence of the damage. I now have no confidence in their handling of customer complaints and feel forced to escalate the matter further with Trading Standards.
If you value quality products and fair customer service, I strongly suggest avoiding this company.

Awful! I had ordered a coat for pre order months ago, didn’t come in time for when it said it was going to, arrived absolutely massive, returned for a exchange weeks ago , no correspondence, no refund and no new item , no answer to any emails , avoid, clothes over priced anyway

Pretty much terrible from the start.
1. Coat I purchased was said to be shipped by December 17th, in time for Christmas. It ended up not being shipped until January.
1a. I sent a customer support email that was never answered.
2. Purchased a second item which arrived in time but came defective with loose strings and a hole.
2a. Have sent multiple emails to customer support, along with their support form on the website and have had no response.
Seems like poor quality clothing with virtually no customer service to speak of.

An exciting and beautiful brand
Sisterhood is the first brand in years that I've been truly excited about - timeless design, a brilliant ethos, quality materials and all at a really reasonable price point. Shipping is fast and customer service is excellent. I have a few pieces from the brand and look forward to adding to my collection!

Great company
Recently bought a jumper which was beautiful but unfortunately I noticed a fault with it. I emailed the team and they were extremely helpful and promptly solved the issue and offered me a replacement. They were very kind and gracious so could not recommend enough!

*AVOID* awful customer service
I've never once left a review on any company but this company is horrendous. Very expensive clothes, pretend to be an upmarket brand with no customer service. Had an email to confirm they had received my returned items totally £250 on the 20th of September and a refund would be issued within 14 days. After numerous emails to ask what was happening with the refund, no replies. AVOID, HORRENDOUS COMPANY.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sisterhood. The quality of the items I ordered was far below expectations, with one item defective. When I tried to return them, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite requesting a refund, they sent me the same item again without addressing the original issue. They even falsely claimed the returned item had been worn, which was untrue.
Overall, the lack of accountability, poor product quality, and terrible customer service make it difficult to recommend this brand.
Beautiful design but not great quality
The Brianna coat is a beautiful design but the quality is not the best & only after 4 wears is becoming very bobbly. Not great, especially for the price point being nearly £200. Luckily I paid less in the sale but it’s still disappointing. Unfortunately I would not order again.

My new favourite piece
My new favourite piece! Ordered the Audrey waistcoat and honestly love it - the best thing in my wardrobe! Has been a staple, shipping was easy and there was another item in my order that I returned which was simple. After ordering the brand sent me a marketing email for 25% off, so I asked if they were able to honour the discount on the order I'd already placed and they did so without hesitation. Would recommend!

Bad sizing
Bad sizing. Top is weirdly tight around the chest and flattens it down. And to return the item you have the pleasure of paying £4. This is my first order from Sisterhood and it will be my last unfortunately
