Everything has gone really smooth. I recently had my first health event, which was an Annual Wellness event. Assistance ahead of time, and reimbursement was all really easy.

My family has been with CrowdHealth since February 2025, and opting out of traditional health insurance has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. This is nothing like insurance, and that’s exactly the point.

The community is the heart of it. Being able to directly engage with other members on the Telegram chat has been incredible — these are real people who care. Many Crowdies own or work at companies in the health and wellness space, and they regularly extend discounts on their services to fellow members. It’s a built-in network of people genuinely looking out for one another.

What has truly amazed us is how well everything holds up under pressure. Our family is navigating an incredibly rare and complex medical case, and CrowdHealth has been outstanding at every step — the app is intuitive and easy to use, the Care Advocates are responsive and genuinely invested, bill processing has been smooth, and the procedure estimate review process gave us real clarity going into major decisions. Even our newborn’s health event review, which is about as complicated and rare as they come, was handled with care and competence.

I joined CrowdHealth in 2026 after starting a small business the year before and buying traditional health insurance for my family.

In 2025, I paid about $1,000 per month in premiums with a $7,000 deductible. By the end of the year, I had spent roughly $12,000 and never used it for anything beyond routine well visits. Then my rates went up again.

That's when I started researching alternatives and found CrowdHealth. After spending a lot of time looking into it, the decision became a no-brainer for our family.

THE BEST ALTERNATIVE to health insurance that exists, period.

When it comes to healthcare in the US of A, the facts of the matter are this:

1) being uninsured is gambling with not only my future, but my children's future

2) being insured is the same, only more complicated

I chose to opt out of the craziness and picked THE alternative that you never knew you needed. I was in the military for 8 years, and Tricare is terrific (covers all expenses) while also awful (long wait times, tons of red tape, limited providers, etc.).

When I left the military I knew I didn't want to settle for traditional health insurance, as it would be the awful (above) without the same terrific (I'm paying a deductible).

Then I heard about the Christian healthcare-sharing options, tried 2, and liked both. After a few years, I heard Andy speak on a podcast (Tom Woods Show), and found about a system I didn't just like but LOVED.

And I'm hooked. Been a member of the crowd for years now, through multiple pregnancies, and I can honestly say I'll never switch. I'm hooked on this model, and LOVE it.

CrowdHealth has been much better for me than insurance ever was. I love being a part of a community that is trying to stay healthy and keep each other healthy instead of being based on a sickness model.
I had an injury and needed X-rays, casting, physical therapy and follow up care. My care advocate was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Submitting bills is as easy as taking a photo and there is a helpful place for comments. I love that it shows when the bills are received, under review, being crowd funded, and when funds are available. Withdrawing the funds is a simple click.
This whole concept and process is brilliant and I am incredibly grateful for it. And best of all, even before I ever needed to submit my own bill, it felt good to pay in every month to support another “crowdie”instead of supporting an insurance industry that I do not believe cares for any user at all. And I say that as someone who used to work for insurance companies recruiting and training doctors and other providers. I lost all faith in that system in the process.

In a world of confusing and expensive health care, finding CrowdHealth has been a Godsend! I was used to callimg a 1-800 number, sitting on hold for an hour, speaking to a rep in another country, and not knowing if I am getting the right answer. With CH, I have a dedicated advocate that I can reach easily to help me find affordable care and know what's covered. CH extends coverage as much as they can and even were gracious to cover an injury 3 days before my contract started! I used my wellness credit for my annual gynecological visit and mammogram. So simple, with my own doctor and withing a couple of weeks I was credited for the visit. This never happened when I was paying thousands to insurance companies for all those years.
