I used my wellness credit for my annual gynecological visit and mammogram. So simple, with my own doctor and withing a couple of weeks I was credited for the visit. This never happened when I was paying thousands to insurance companies for all those years.

CrowdHealth is the best thing I’ve ever done. My husband told me about it a couple years ago and I was skeptical at first, but it has proven to be the best most supportive alternative to health insurance. I could’ve ever dreamed of. I’ve had two miscarriages over the last year each time they’ve sent me packages with socks and notebooks and cards with love before I even got home from the hospital. They are more than healthcare. This is the way healthcare should be.

We have been so happy with CrowdHealth and appreciated the help from MacKenna, our advisor, she is so prompt at getting back to us, when we’ve had questions with funding my husbands procedure.

Crowd Health has been amazing helping me navigate a diagnosis of Trigeminal Nueralgia. It's a complicated diagnosis and treatment options are limited. They have supported my treatment decisons and been absolutely amazing. So much more care and concern than traditional insurance.

I've not had any medical expenses in the almost one year since joining but I've loved getting to take advantage of the major discounts on Preventative tests like the gut biome testing and Calcium heart score. My yearly woman visit was covered under the allowance provided once a year. It is so nice to help others with their medical expenses knowing mind will be helped if I have any in the future. The app is easy to use and they are very prompt at reimbursement.

I'm fairly happy with the service so far, but some things have been confusing. I was looking for bloodwork initially, so I was advised to do a telehealth visit. The doctor refused to give me a bloodwork order saying I should "order it myself" then crowd health said they need an order to create a voucher. This forced me to do another appointment with the doctor who finally gave me an order, but it was very confusing. There could be more connectedness between the telehealth service and the crowdhealth system. Assuming I get refunded for the second appointment I'd give 4 stars, but the three stars is just based on the perceived runaround I got in simply seeking bloodwork.

The idea of CrowdHealth intrigued me from the first time I heard about it. I just didn't want to continue to pay the exorbitant cost of traditional health insurance - with an exorbitant deductible. In January, I joined CrowdHealth hoping to never need to test it our. I injured my foot and ankle in April - CrowdHealth has done exactly as promised - paid after I met my Member Commitment. CrowdHealth customer service is excellent! I am so happy I joined.

Great program. Works well for our families needs, and our desire to pursue mostly alternative health routes. A better option than paying a bunch of money for insurance that we didn’t utilize.
