Really poor experience at the end and misleading
Really poor experience at the end. They have a really good service where they take pictures of your car and you sign to agree with any marks on delivery. On collection I was NOT informed of any extra damage to the car and also couldnt sign the ipad due to 'covid' the appeals process is not an appeal as the reposnse was... 'how are you going to pay for the damage'... Terrible service and also they read through the terms and conditions which you verbally agree too and they fail to let you know you have to pay for return delivery of £170!!! Avoid - totally misleading

No road tax. Delays delays delays.
Car didn't get dropped off on right day. Was 5 days late.
Car was not collected on time, again 3 days late.
Also found out upon collection that the car was not taxed!

I was initially impressed with Drover
I was initially impressed with Drover, my first subscription went smoothly so I immediately got another car this time for 24 months. Unfortunately a year into this it all went wrong! Drover emailed me with a weeks notice that they could no longer provide insurance (it seems looking at the reviews IM not the first) and I needed to provide my own. Considering I have a new born baby and needed my car I started sorting out my insurance even though it was three times the cost of what I had been paying with Drover. I then received another email stating that the vehicle supplier had recalled the car with two days notice of collection! I had no choice but to return the vehicle and started looking for a alternative on their website when I received a email saying I had caused nearly £500 damage to the car! Which was ludicrous! After many disgruntled phone calls and emails, they have charged me less for damages but unfortunately this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel as though they have no customer loyalty at all! Such a shame as my first year with them worked perfectly for me.

Just received my 3 series BMW on Saturday, delivery driver was great, i got a text from Drover with a 2 hour window, then the driver gave me an update slightly after, and then 30 mins before delivery. From booking to delivery it was first class

Abysmal..Customer service is pathetic…
Abysmal..Customer service is pathetic at best and leaves a lot to be desired. Nobody actually solves your issue or is capable of answering any questions. Neither can they find a supervisor or manager who can. They dont call back and just send pointless emails explaining absolutely nothing.
