The messaging app is very bad should…

The messaging app is very bad should work like slack or google chat but it’s very glitchy. Also IPad app for time clock always glitches has to be force closed and restarted to work. Creates list of timesheet errors

Navigating and Notifications

Our employees can navigate and clock in and out just fine, however we have multiple departments and the notifications from all departments go to everyone. We've reached out before (via email because there isn't a # to call) but did not get a straight answer.

Customer Support was great

The AI support has been actually good for general questions. The human support has been phenomenal. There are some features however that I wish we could have -like separate schedules by department instead of all one schedule that includes both paid staff and volunteers.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would. They do not know how to do payroll at all. Completely messed up state filings. Say they have changed and don’t.
Reports are horrendous. Can’t even see what taxes are taken out of each employee prior to submission

It's easy to use

It's easy to use, especially for staff that might not be super comfortable with tech/apps/etc. On my end for scheduling staff, time sheets, time off requests and so on-- it's also easy to use! When I've needed help with things the support folks are very friendly and responsive as well.

Not clear pricing and changes to account without approval. No follow up on issues with access. Attempted to downgrade but system wouldn’t allow it. Support didn’t respond and then didn’t help.
