Customer support is horrible And there’s no gps tracking unless you start and end a shift properly

Homebase allows time tracking, but it only holds time sheets for 90 days unless you pay at least almost $300 a year.

Building the schedule is easy, team communication is good, but the timeclock kiosk app isn't working for us. It can take up to ten minutes just to confirm a clock in or clock out, and there are inaccuracies in reporting as a result. I have found the employee stats in the app are not always correct.

It’s free and simple to use, plus it’s perfect for what I need for our small team of 5.

The hiring feature stopped working and due to their horrible customer service, we could never find out why.

I love using Homebase. I started by using the timeclock, and now we use it for payroll too. The reason I am giving it 4* instead of 5 is because it takes a long time to resolve tax problems. Hopefully this is a one-off experience, but for now, it's shy of 5*, but not by much!
