What a difference Midi has made..
Midi has made such a great difference in my over all health and life. The care providers have all been kind, professional and listen. They believe in your story and want to help. I have never felt rushed or discouraged to ask questions. They make everything simple to understand and everything is so convenient.

I had two appointments with a NP (she was great) but the company itself is not run well. They claimed to have sent a prior authorization request to my insurance and that they got a response about a discount is available. Over a month later, my insurer still never received a request for pre-authorization for the prescription and my pharmacy also never received the insurance pre-approval. This company is a complete waste of time. I contacted support about this and they claimed to have gotten in touch with my insurer - FALSE.
The total cost of the RX was $1589 per month as well. Emailed support and still no response.
The virtual visits cost money (insurance covered a portion) which I would be happy to pay for but MidiHealth couldn’t even bother to send the request for prescriptions pre-authorization. Instead - they just lied! What a waste of time and money. Do not use MidiHealth.

Mixed Reviews
I liked that Midi sent prescriptions to pharmacies that were in network and only charged for the appointments with providers. Some other online menopause providers charge for prescriptions that come from them and refuse to send prescriptions to pharmacies of a patient's choosing. Midi served its purpose for me - I got an appointment, described my symptoms, and was able to get prescribed HRT. I benefited from HRT enough to continue; however, my provider no showed my 3rd appointment and so I just had my prescription transferred over to my OBGYN who was willing to take over the prescription. I was frustrated that my visits were OON with my insurance and of course that I got no showed.
I was so desperate to get help for my perimenopausal symptoms
I was so desperate to get help for my perimenopausal symptoms. I was able to get an appt quickly. My Clinician was sooooooo sweet! She answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns given my past history. I felt so good after our first telehealth session. I was able to get on the correct hrt and feel so much better. I look forward to continue working with her and Midi. Couldn't be happier and am so thankful for Midi Health!!!!!
Billing Department off the rails - Drs were great.
Drs were great, but billing and customer service are basically non-existent.
Last year, I had my FSA send checks for two payments. Those checks were cashed by MIDI and never applied to my account. After contacting billing, I had copies of the checks provided by my FSA and uploaded them to the discussion with Ana from billing. Nothing was done. I followed up again a few months later, and no one replied. I made a new message request, and was told a "specialist" would get back to me in 2-3 business days. 11 Days later, still nothing. I replied to the thread asking for a follow up - nothing. I have now called the office number provided on the site, and am hoping that someone will call me back, but I'm not holding my breath.
Great interaction
Great interaction. Good more time with Kimberly than i have received from my PCP in years.
Rebecca you make a difference! ❤️
After two years of doctors appointments, questions, concerns, and feeling unheard, I finally found someone who truly listens — and that someone is Rebecca.
From the moment I sat down with her, I felt seen, respected, and understood. She didn’t rush me. She didn’t dismiss my concerns. She listened to every detail, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel like my health truly matters. That kind of empathy is rare — and it makes all the difference.
Rebecca isn’t just treating symptoms. She’s helping me build a long-term plan to age with grace, strength, and vitality. For the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful and empowered about my future health. I finally have a partner who wants me not just to feel better today, but to thrive for years to come.
If you’re looking for a provider who is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well-being — Rebecca is it.
My best years are ahead of me, and I’m so grateful to have her guiding this journey.
Going thru menopause with lupus
Going thru menopause , and having lupus has been a battle . Multiple doctor visits leaving feeling unheard , and disappointed . Midi was different . My nurse was so helpful and expressed her concern for helping me , and customizing a care routine just for me and my needs . For the first time i’ve felt hopeful .
Patient-Centered Care allowed me to make educated care decisions.
I appreciate the patient-centered communication offered by Midi, allowing me to have active involvement in my care decisions. My clinician was very knowledgeable, gave research-backed answers to my questions, and seemed genuinely engaged.
Finding Midi was life-changing for me after being dismissed by my primary physician and gynecologist.
No Complaints/Pls Streamline Comunication Channels
The process for HRT is easy. The Nurse Practioners have been really helpful. An area of improvement would be communication. It is not straightforward which portal to contact providers and I have not received answers to prescription questions, including refills.

Getting back to myself
My physician listened. I felt like I was talking with a friend that is going through the same thing I am, which made me feel comfortable talking about everything. She was eager to help get me feeling back to myself.
I struggled for 4 years and then I tried Midi…
I started struggling with perimenopause symptoms around 37. I didn’t know what it was at that time and had many tests run. My PCP thought it was autoimmune which ultimately landed with a fibromyalgia diagnosis from at rheumatologist at 38 but those meds didn’t help and that diagnosis didn’t feel right. By that time my own research led me to perimenopause and I had every symptom. I went back to my PCP who sent me to my gyno. She said I was too young for perimenopause and recommended birth control. By that point I was overwhelmed and decided to try HRT through Winona. Finally by 40 my brain fog, night sweats and fatigue were better but after 6 months symptoms were coming back and Winona was sending the cream before checking in so I was getting stockpiled. I finally tried out Midi for more individualized care. I have never left an appointment feeling more seen or heard. The physician was phenomenal! By the time the call ended I had a text from my pharmacy that my Rx was ready and I have lab work to test the vitamins I’ve been questioning for months. I’ll be 41 next month and feel optimistic that this year will be much better than the past 4. I wish I started with Midi sooner! HIGHLY recommend!
The appointment lasted 15 minutes and…
The appointment lasted 15 minutes and she was not interested in going over my labs in order to determine if I needed hormone replacement or not. I felt she took a cookie cutter approach and was sending the prescriptions at the pharmacy as we were talking but never took a look at my labs. I was expecting a more personalized approach especially for a $250 fee. Very disappointed with my experience. My sister and my daughter are patients of Midi, they each have a different NP and their experience was better than mine, they are the ones that recommended Midi to me and are also surprised by my poor experience.

Disappointing and Rushed Experience
I truly wish I could leave a positive review, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The visit felt rushed, and the nurse practitioner prescribed a treatment that was ineffective, which ended up costing me money. I reached out afterward to request a different prescription and did not receive a response regarding the refill.
This feels like a one-and-done situation for me. It’s frustrating to feel like I would need to schedule and pay for another appointment to correct something that should have been handled properly the first time. Overall, the experience felt more like a money grab than patient-centered care.

Slow. Technical issues and no live customer service…
Editing my review after correspondence with Midi. Midi has some serious technical issues and very slow customer service with no live human chat or phone call available. I had a telehealth appointment, that was the only option, and the portal crashed my browser. I relaunched and the connection was terrible. My clinician could hear me and see me but her screen was frozen and looked like an AI background.
She prescribed me two medications but my appointment summary and prescriptions were not updated until the following day, and only after I sent numerous messages across multiple platforms to get it taken care of. Because there is no live customer service with this company it is extremely slow to get a response which makes me feel really uncomfortable and un-cared for. I felt like my time was not respected.
Of course a bad review is the only thing that gets the attention of customer service. Great customer service should be the default, not something I should have to fight for. I've upgraded to two stars but so far I'm still extremely dissatisfied with this company. It's unfortunate that women have to go through so much just to get healthcare.

Midi offers timely and affordable HRT…
Midi offers timely and affordable HRT for women seeking help navigating the changes in Menopause. The Doctors have been caring, knowledgeable and eager to help based on my individual concerns and symptoms. The video calls are simple to schedule and very convenient.
First visit….
First visit….. Provider knowledgeable and straight to the point. Only recommendation would be to not time limit first consult to 30 min to not feel rushed. Even extending an additional 15 min would help. Overall satisfied patient.
Nothing Special
I was so excited to meet with a menopause specialist. Unfortunately my PCP was just as unhelpful as the Midi provider I saw. She prescribed the same medication my PCP already has me on. Which apparently is not working or needs to be tweaked because I don't sleep and feel terrible. No labs ordered, nothing. Would not recommend.

A Truly Understanding Partner in My Menopause Journey
Karen Plaisir is an outstanding resource for anyone navigating menopause. Her expertise is clear from the first appointment, and she brings a thoughtful, patient‑centered approach to care. She listens closely, provides clear explanations, and offers practical strategies tailored to individual needs. The convenience of telehealth paired with her warm, approachable style makes each visit seamless and comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate support during menopause.
being heard
Being heard when you’re suffering as a women whom is otherwise healthy in the eyes of providers is priceless. I’m tired being told my symptoms are “anxiety”. Thank you MIDI.
