One thing I noticed...
One thing I noticed is how consistent everything has been. No random delays no surprise and no weired changes. Every refill up when it's supposed to and the support team gets back to me quick when I have questions.
I highly recommend Piper.
I’ve been on GLP medicine for about two years so I’m on maintenance now. I had previously been getting the medicine from a local nurse practitioner for $800 for two months. I tried Piper for one month just to check out the service, the medicine came within 48 hours and it works better than the previous medicine that I was paying a lot more for. It makes me wonder if my previous provider was diluting the medicine. Anyway, I highly recommend piper.com

I had a quick questions and honestly expected to wait a day or two for a reply like with most companies. Instead I heard back in about ten minutes and they actually answered what I was asking without sending a canned response. It made the whole experience feel way less stressful!
Don’t do it no communication
Don’t do it. Look for a more credible company. The communication is awful, You have to chat in with support if you have a question. It tells you how long it will take( 4 hours for a response) then when you get to 30 minutes before your response it goes back to 4 hours. This isn’t a tshirt you’re buying, this is a GLP 1 that you’re injecting in your body. I’m still waiting for them to cancel it. They put me on too high of a dosage, I was microdosing. Choose wisely when it comes to these companies.
Highly Disappointed
As a first-time customer, I had a very poor experience with Piper. I uploaded my prescription showing a 15 mg Tirzepatide dosage, yet the provider approved and shipped an incorrect 12.5 mg dose. I immediately requested to cancel before anything shipped, submitted tickets, emailed support, and tried the chat feature, but received no response.
Customer service is nonexistent, there is no way to speak to a live person, and the medication was shipped despite my cancellation request. I will be returning the medication and will not use this company again. I do not recommend Pipe
Good Price
I am currently on highest dose and the price point is amazing. The tirz honestly feels stronger and more effective than what I was getting from my previous provider. Shipping has been super quick and the provider was really helpful.
UPDATED - EXPIRED MED - Non-responsive - Absolutely no customer support
UPDATED 1/24/26....After original posting below someone finally reached out to me via email and said they would refund shipping charges and fix my account, then offered me $50 if I would change my review (I declined). I later noticed the third vial of medication referenced below expired before needed it. Reached out to company. They asked for proof (which I sent) then stopped responding. I contested the charge for the one expired vial (out of three) with CC company, then Piper completely shut off access to their portal (which would include access to "medical" team and records). I will be contesting the full charge now.
I would try another company. There are a lot of them out there. Piper might have been slightly cheaper, but not if you have to factor in unusable meds and additional costs to get those meds to you.
ORIGINAL - Absolutely no customer support. 2 weeks in. No responses to chats, tickets, or emails. "Call button" on website doesn't do anything. Was happy with results so tried to change BILLING ONLY to 3 months plan. They switched me to new plan, which meant overlapping billing for two weeks. More importantly they shipped medication out two weeks early, while I was away on vacation. No one there to pick up product. Was told (apparently by chat bot) they could make a billing change only. Texted and emailed repeatedly I wasn't home to receive shipment, but they sent anyway. Product may be okay (I'm only two weeks in). May be okay if you don't ever need support, but you better have a problem-free run or you're out of luck.

I am 3 months into piper now and I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. the process has stayed easy the whole time from refills to shipping and nothing has changed or gotten complicated as time went on which I really appreciate. And they don't increase the price or charge you bs membership fees!
SHADY BUISNESS!I paid for a 3 month supply
I paid for a 3 month supply. The doctor prescribed dose increases but I was not sent enough medication to make it through the 3 months which I just noticed 3 weeks before my next 3 months is sent out. I only had enough to barely do half of my dose this last week. January 9 th is my renewal date. So they just sent too little and I am getting the run around from the company. Shady business asking for proof of things they dont send. I spent 499 dollars for 3 months worth of semiglutide and they didn't deliver.
My very first vial and dose was wrong
My very first vial and dose was wrong. Instead of the 5 mg being mixed with the 2ml it was just 1ml. I ended up taking 5 mg when it was supposed to be 2.5 because they mixed it wrong. So my first shot vomited for hours and hours eventually ending up in the ER. I didn’t realize the ml were wrong until after the damage was done. I pulled out the remaining contents and it confirmed it. Piper Dr and customer service were horrible. The pharmacist made excuses but I’m sure it was their error. They are impossible to get a hold of a real person and only can chat or message. Very concerning considering they are selling medication.

Signed up with them and never received my medication, but the money was taken out my account. Customer service takes forever to respond, the doctors hardly respond. Overall it has been not really what I was expecting. I wish I could’ve had a better experience.

I am shocked at the positive reviews this company has. I cancelled my subscription with them in November and was charged for December. I have tried to contact them with no luck. I feel scammed. I beg you to not use this company. Horrible customer service as I am not able to get a hold of anyone to support with this issue.

I joined Piper not really knowing what to expect and after a few weeks I can honestly say the medication is doing what it’s supposed to do because my appetite has calmed down a lot and I finally feel like I’m not battling myself all day. The whole process was simple from the moment I signed up all the way to getting my package at the door and I didn’t run into any weird fees or surprises along the way which was a relief. So far this has been one of the easiest weight loss experiences I’ve had in years and I'm sticking with it.

Signed up, got approved in under an hour, meds shipped the next day, showed up cold with two ice packs still frozen. Took my first dose, felt nothing. Second dose, appetite dipped a little. Third dose, it fully kicked in and I'm finally not snacking nonstop.
