Honestly I was shocked by the speed. Literally signed up and got approved one hour later, and then my order was shipped. Arrived the next day. I was not expecting that at all. I wish it was a bit slower.

Worth it, price doesn't increase when you need to up your dosage.

We've been trying to get a very simple medication question asked, but it has been extremely difficult and non-existent. I will change this review if someone can just answer our questions in the patient dashboard/portal!

When I joined I accidentally ordered the wrong smallest starting amount and asked them to give me the full 15. They changed it immediately. When the medication arrived I noticed the vial was broke contacted them and was immediately sent a replacement. My experience has been wonderful. My only complaint is the pricing is falsely advertised. Supposed to be 199 for everything but that’s only if you pay upfront for 6 months supply. No thank you I wanted to try it before making that big of a commitment.

I am on week 6 with piper and I didn't really start seeing results until around week 3. The care support told me that sometimes it takes a bit for the meds to kick in depending on the person, so I tried to be patient. They were right though. At first I was only losing like 1 lb a week, but now I am dropping closer to 5 lbs a week pretty consistently. Everyone’s different but it’s definitely working for me now.
