Great improvement of Inox app
I have seen many positive changes. Their app Inox Living has improved a lot compared to before. In the beginning the app was lack of function and hard to use. It is reliable now. i can clearly feel that they are putting in great effort to enhance the service and user experience.
Overall, I appreciate their continuous improvement and dedication to better management and service for residents.
Renzo - very efficient and fast responses
Renzo provided very efficient and fast responses to my urgent sales pack requirements and follow up queries in order to facilitate a quick sale of the apartment.
Prior to this, Renzo took over management of our block - Carlton Gate, W9, London - in July 2025 and reviewed all outgoings, reducing my quarterly service charge amount for a small apartment by exactly £200 per quarter / £800 per year (presumably larger savings for the larger flats). Full marks from me - thank you very much!

Excellent service
All things considered, Renzo provides good block management services. They communicate effectively while working, and raising tickets is simple. Charges are transparent, and invoices are sent on time. But for some repairs, I believe they could respond more quickly.

Firstly - It should be criminal selling leaseholders and tenants a service app - INOX - which is still in a test phase and not fit for purpose!!!!!
Forced to pay service charges via BANK TRANSFER in 2025 to an account that is flagged as a scam!!!!
The app is often inaccessible to tenants/leaseholders and no technical support at all!!!!!
The ridiculous app only works with certain telephone models and is completely useless and TOTAL waste of money.
The accounts department is a clown behind a keyboard who frequently sends out misinformation and breaks GDPR (can provide actual evidence to this).
Told you MUST pay service charges even though you haven’t received correct documentation with supporting evidence of what is actually being charged for.
A certain company heavily associated with Renzo - was reported and documented on BBC for providing false specification reports on high rise buildings!!!!

Avoid this company – deeply unprofessional and possibly a shell operation.
We joined Renzo Technology in September 2023 solely because of Kate, who was knowledgeable and responsive. However, by March 2024, she had abruptly left, and since then, the service has completely collapsed. We’ve been passed from one “point of contact” to another — seemingly freelancers with no consistency or accountability. Every quarter, someone new appears, and emails often go unanswered. Phone calls are routed through what feels like a virtual receptionist or call center — there is no proper office presence.
Their so-called “app-based management” is just a front — there’s no real operational structure behind it. Their accounts team is practically non-existent, and there has been zero evidence of active property management since the start of 2024.
Despite formally ending our relationship with them on 1 January, it has now been over four months and they have still failed to provide basic statutory accounts to our new managing agent. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their conduct and whether any funds have been mishandled. We are now having to audit their involvement to ensure no payments were taken without services rendered.
Completely unfit for purpose — not recommended in any capacity.
Completely non-existent service
Quite simply Renzo have done nothing to our estate for as long as I can remember, and ignore all emails, phone calls and any other form of contact from residents. I tried to call them and speak to someone about the gardening, if you can call it that. This is basically someone walking up and down the roads of the estate with a leaf blower, blowing rubbish from the paths and roads into peoples gardens. Service charges have gone up considerably since they took over (without residents consultation) from Centro, but we have nothing to show for this and the carpets in the flats are threadbare in places. Other residents have waited so long for Renzo to repair the leasehold garages that they have eventually paid to get the repairs done themselves. Residents are dismayed by the complete lack of service, despite increasing service charges. A number have requested a breakdown of the service charge but received no reply or a very vague breakdown which includes such things as terrorism insurance and buildings insurance, despite the owners of the private houses having their own policies for this. It also seems that many residents have decided not to pay because of the service, or rather lack of it, from the company. Unfortunately the management company who appointed Renzo are equally as poor and many of us do not even know who they are as we were never informed. Who decided to remove our previous company and instal Renzo and why? What are we paying for? How on earth do we remove this company (and our directors whom I presume appointed them without consultation) and revert to a proper company that actually cares for our estate instead of lining their own pockets. Two further questions-why was a company with negative equity of £50000 appointed in the first place and why has that now increased to £115000?????
CANNOT IMAGINE A WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Having read other reviews, I feel compelled to write my own.
Firstly, I believe that all the 5-star reviews are fake. Nobody who has dealt with Renzo will ever give them 5 stars. And they all seem to appear after negative reviews, many of them using similar language such as “transparency.” One was even from America!
We had the great misfortune of Renzo taking over the management of our estate around three and a half years ago of which Residents had no say. This was contrived by our two Directors alone! Nearly all residents were unaware of this fact as there was no letter of introduction from Renzo as to who they were, just a service charge demand that was typed on very unprofessional paper, which had no contact details whatsoever.
In that time very little work has been done. In fact, for the last year, when their service charges increased significantly, nothing appears to have been done at all. This in spite of spiralling costs and Renzo taking over £5000 off residents for an apportionment fee which supposedly was charged to pay for a solicitor to identify the fees which individual properties are charged, but to date, has not been issued to residents although requested several times.
Many residents were alarmed at the last service charge and attempted to contact Renzo to ask what they were paying for. Those that did receive a reply, a small percentage, were given a note that appeared to have figures plucked randomly out of thin air. Others managed to get through to the so-called block manager, and were insulted or shouted at or received rude and elusive reply to their questions about increases in costs. Incidentally, the block manager concerned, informed residents that he was a member of RICS and AIRPM, but could provide no evidence of this when requested. Upon further investigation, the two bodies concerned informed us that they had never heard of him. Our suspicions were aroused instantly when he could not even manage to get our postcode correct and sent every single resident at least three letters which were identical in content, regarding information on the estate. When a number of residents contacted the company to ask why they had received so many copies of the same letter we then received another three each (at least) to say the matter had been resolved. To date this problem continues!! Very professional-NOT.
Renzo were imposed on us by a spurious and equally inept management team, who have refused to hold any resident’s meetings (AGM’S) whatsoever, despite requests by numerous residents. Many residents suspect that the management company (our two directors) are in collusion with Renzo and that there is a conflict of interests. Some residents even erected a banner on the estate with the wording “We deserve better-Renzo must go,” which the management company quickly removed.
A growing number of residents have refused to pay the last service charge until they receive the proper breakdown of the charge that they requested. Some poor residents have received the demand twice, one for the husband and one for the wife (living at the same address!) others have never received any service charge whatsoever.
Our estate is being charged for terrorist insurance and freeholders, who are referred to as leaseholders by Renzo, asked why they are paying for both this and buildings insurance which they already have on their privately-owned houses. Nobody could give a reply to this, or the name of the insurer when asked.
The belief is that this company is a sham. Companies House shows that Renzo has negative equity of over £115,000, and that the elusive owner, who never answers any emails, has a history of dissolved companies or companies with huge liabilities.
I pity those, like us, who have had this company forced upon them by an unscrupulous residents committee. You will receive little or no work, no reply to your concerns, just hugely inflated bills to offset the negative equity Renzo have.
The inevitable 5-star glowing reference will undoubtedly follow this negative review, along with other fictitious claims about the “transparency, speed of service, reliability” and high praise for the worse-than-useless app.
1 star is too good for this company. Unfortunately, there is no option to leave no stars.
Get out now, if possible, before this sham-company is liquidated, along with the money you have paid for your service charge.

Residents on our estate have totally lost confidence with Renzo who do not manage our estste to an acceptable standard whatsoever. We have now mutually decided to formally investigate whether our concerns have validity and are investigating Renzo and Mr Hung's other potentially dubious ventures, in our opinion, with Companies House. The conclusive truth will soon emerge, one way or the other.
Utterly dreadful company
Utterly dreadful company. I am the landlord of a flat in a block they manage - we used to have an excellent company PBM who were just brilliant so why we now have Renzo, God alone knows & also who appointed them - there are definite bad undercurrents concerning the appointment of this company. Get this - they manage a block of hundreds of flats & yet you cant talk to anyone other than the receptionist. Utterly ridiculous. They send completely inexplicable bills just giving an amount with no explanation about what it's for, & the ultimate stupidity is that they send this completely unprofessional piece of paper with no indication of their account number. I have emailed them & said I wont pay a penny unless they send me a fully itemised bill. As a previous reviewer has mentioned - it is too late for us - but make absolutely damn sure that if your management company is being approached by Renzo - do not fall their their utterly spurious submissions. Beware!

An appalling lack of assistance!
An appalling lack of assistance no matter who you attempt to contact in the block management company. It feels that I have been communicated with a chatbot, or a ghost. The receiver of my queries since October 2024 does not seem to acknowledge the importance of my concern, or process the information that I have provided them with. In addition, the Inox Living App which they have switched to is severely lacking in functionality.

Reliable service, even when busy
Renzo provides a decent service. Financial transparency and timely communication are definite strengths. They are responsive to both leaseholders and residents, through phone or email. Overall, we value their reliability as RMC directors.

Refusing to provide sales pack
Renzo have taken over the management of our development. I am so frustrated with their service, have no words. We have requested a sales pack, paid for it and never received it. It has been nearly a month and their quoted waiting time is two weeks. They have no contact numbers. The only contact number that exists takes you through to a person who takes and passes on messages. None of my messages got a response. They also do not reply to emails. I am so worried our sale is going to fall through but there is absolutely no way of getting in touch with these guys and no way of proceeding. At the moment it feels like they are running a big scam.
