We had a pleasant stay at Renzo's but there were some issues im not too happy about



We had a pleasant stay at Renzo's studio, but there were some issues. The pillows were uncomfortable and not plump, causing neck ache. We also noticed damages to the drawers that need attention.

The £150 deposit requirement on top of the nightly rental was a significant concern. Despite the cleaning team checking the room upon departure, the deposit will take 3-5 working days to be refunded, which caused us considerable hardship. We were told this was standard, but it seems unfair that payments are processed instantly while refunds take days. Given our reliance on the deposited amount, this delay was particularly problematic.

Suggestions for improvement: Consider revising the deposit refund policy to better align with guest needs and expectations.

Property was dirty on arrival

Property was dirty on arrival. Shower would only provide hot water between certain times of the day. The only thing more disgusting than the property was the attitude of the staff. Unapologetic and unwilling to help.

Absolutely disgusting property and…

Absolutely disgusting property and disgusting people running it , you are only allowed hot water within specific times they tell you that you are allowed to use it , cutlery is dirty
Your not allowed to use the heater
Your not allowed to use ‘too much electricity’
The women who answers the phone just laughs at you when you tell her the issues , the property is filthy … the best part ?
The don’t tell you ANY OF THIS UNTILL YOUVE CHECKED IN.
And refusal of refund .
I will be contacting
Environmental health and trading standards
Due to severe neglect or duty of care
I recorded All calls and took photo and video evidence of my claims .

I have used Renzo for a number of years now, always very professional and fast to respond to any queries.
Every property I have stayed at has always been super clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone!

Great experience and value for money

We had a long term stay in Sherwood , Nottingham UK through Renzo ( September 2023 - February 2024) . This property was very clean , spacious and user friendly . We are a family of 4 from Australia and were very impressed with all the facilities in the house ( 2 lounge rooms with tvs , fantastic big oven , dishwasher , washing machine ) The dining room with large table was a welcome extra ( compared with some other airbnbs we have stayed in) . Our manager Guy was quick to respond to any of our concerns and promptly organised a handyman to fix any appliances. Guy also offered us a cheaper deal through Renzo for our long stay . We would highly recommend ! Hill family Australia 🇦🇺
