Used the Joint-It simple for pointing a new patio. The product is brilliant, so easy to use and looks great. The customer service and technical advice I got from Gary was first class. Cannot recommend the product or company enough. Top quality. Brilliant service

I first started using joint-it simple a couple of years ago and I haven't looked back. My customers love the finish and the colour choice they get. It's simple to use and lasts unlike some other company's. If your thinking about trying it I Highley reccomend it. Great value for money as well. Your find these tubs are bigger than other company's so goes further aswell. Bonus after you have used the joint-it your left with the buckets which are very strong. I use mine for water/mortar or storing tools in.

I must admit I did not lay the Joint-It myself, I stood and watched a landscape gardener do it for me, it looked, also backed up by chat, very easy to put in the patio grout, just soak the patio with water, brush the product in keeping it wet all the time, remove the excess and away you go, once dry it is hard to the touch but allows water to pass through it to drain away, the perfect stuff.

I have had personal experience with their customer service though, regarding sealing the stones and worry over whether the sealer would prevent the grout from staying permeable, they phoned me back within 24 hours and backed that up with email, you cannot get a better service, you can tell that the people involved with this Company are very passionate about their products.

At a time when professionalism seems in short supply I take pleasure in thanking Joint-It and in particular Gary for a very faith restoring experience. I recently bought some of the companies products which, for someone who wouldn’t be the sharpest pencil in the case,were very easy to use and on seeking some further advice via email had received a reply followed by a phone call and follow up email, all within one day. After getting different advice from various people, I was put in touch with Garrett Hickey who was absolutely brilliant. As a total novice at laying paving I took advice from my local supplier, who fully endorsed the Joint it product. At home I watched the online videos explaining how to use Joint it and I then followed the easy instructions. I have to say this product does what you want, ‘fills the joint’ and is so easy to use and I would fully recommend it for anyone considering laying a patio. I had a technical question re the Joint it product and I used their online email link and received a response within an hour, ‘at the weekend’ Such a great Service. Great Product and Great Service.

I contacted the Joint it technical support team by email and less than 2 hours later they emailed back and asked for photos and my contact number, early the next morning they phoned as promised and were very very helpful and were able to put my mind at rest, truly rare now to have such brilliant support would highly recommend the product and the support team of you have any questions. I got in touch with Gary from Joint-It and he could not have been more helpful. He guided me step by step through cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing the patio. It was in a poor state and now looks as good as new. I cannot emphasize how helpful Joint-It and Gary in particular was in achieving this. The product was easy to apply and would have no hesitation in recommending it, but the service was just exceptional.

A great product that is easy to use and really works well. Been in place for over a year now and survived countless jet washings without deteriorating. Company have also been extremely helpful and responsive in answering any questions I had. Would thoroughly recommend the product.

I got a quote from a builder for around £800 to re grout my patio and a couple more odd jobs. I thought that was a bit expensive so decided to give it a go myself. The builder recommended Joint it. I watched the video a few times and I would say to anyone using Joint it follow the video word for word and you literally can’t go wrong. I’m not the best at DIY but joint it is actually a joy to use and does exactly what it claims to do. I have a bit of product left and actually sad I have nothing left to grout

I recently laid a small path, using sawn black granite blocks. As part of the project, I used Joint-It Premium Sealer and Joint-It Simple.

This was the first time I had attempted to lay a path and before commencing the project, I contacted Joint-It to seek some technical guidance on how the Joint-It products should be used with the blocks. The support I got was incredibly useful, extended far beyond my expectations and ultimately, led to a far better result (than if I hadn't contacted Joint-It). I also received a lot of ongoing support, as I progressed with the project.

Before laying the blocks, I treated the flamed (visible) faces of the blocks with Joint-It Premium Sealer. The application of this was very simple, slightly enhanced the colour of the blocks, and seemed to protect the blocks against water and dirt ingress during bedding.

Once the blocks were bedded, I used Joint-It Simple to fill the gaps. Joint-It provided useful information on how to use this product on their website, and had a couple of really useful videos on how to use this product on YouTube. After reading the online instructions and watching the videos, the product was simple to use and gave a great result.

Overall, I was really pleased with the result and I have received many compliments from neighbours on the professional finish of the job (much of which is owed to the support from Joint-It and the quality of their products).

The level of support I received, coupled with the great experience of using the Joint-It Premium Sealer and Joint-It Simple products, means I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars.

Used this on my 30 sq mtr indian sandstone patio. I followed the instructions and it was easy to apply and gave a fantastic finish. Also ran a query by the Joint-it team and found them to be curteious and very professional. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who can follow their simple instructions, you won't be disappointed.

I telephoned Joint-It with a technical enquiry. I had inadvertently trod a granular lawn treatment onto my granite flags which left a stain on them. I had searched the internet to see that there was an acid that was available to remove the staining called Phosphoric acid (also known as orthophosphoric acid or phosphoric(V).
As I had jointed the flags with Joint-It (which I am extremely pleased with) I was wanting to know the possible effect of the acid on the joint. In my situation I was advised that although the joints should be perfectly fine, a good option was to allow a few months for the stain to go on its own with weathering and finally use some Bread soda is also known as bicarbonate of soda and baking soda overnight. Then pressure washer the effected area off. This is what I am going to do. Great help and advice from Gary at Joint-It.

I recently used Joint-It Simple on my new garden patio. It is a very easy to use product and an incredibly effective option for grouting around tiles. Very happy with the outcome and the customer care i got over the phone.

About five years ago I removed the my old decking and laid a patio. I bought the patio slabs from Road Stone and they recommended I use Joint It for between the slabs. It was so simple to use. With a little water I just brushed it into the joints. Its as good today as it was the day I laid it. A month ago I laid a similar patio at my sons house. Again I used joint it and both my son and I couldn't be happier with the results. Last weekend while on staycation I happened to be passing though Milltown Co.Galway, I dropped into the factory. There I met Gary and a nicer person you could not meet He showed me around the facility and explained all about Joint It. I would have no hesitation recommending this product and wish Gary and his team all the best for the future

I had gone to the trouble of buying stabilized decomposed granite for my fire pit patio. Unfortunately, the granite began eroding in a series of heavy rains. I use Joint-It to replace the granite in the joints and it worked beautifully. This patio is partially on top of solid limestone so I was able to use joint it to taper off where the Flagstone was higher than the rock underneath. I also am trying it on filling the holes in the natural lime stone surrounding the patio (so that women won’t ruin their high heals) and am optimistic.

I followed Gary's tutorial video showing you step by step how to use the Joint It Simple. I am delighted with the result. It looks like a new patio.
It is a fantastic product.
I spoke to Gary about sealing the Patio now with the Joint It Premium Seal and he was so helpful and sent me all the relevant information.
