Two significant issues. 1. The developer didn't complete the work nor communicate with us but we were still over-charged for the work by JTH and couldn't get the monies refunded. 2. Much more... See more

I do NOT recommend. The developer we used put malicious/PHISHING content on our website and did not finish the project. The communication was terrible, as we repeatedly had to ask for the same issues... See more

Do not trust jointohire!

Do not trust jointohire!
A third party payment platform that is does everything backwards, is unprofessional. They do not provide clients with an invoice for us to a week at times but seem to be able to charge your credit card exactly on time. They never fully delete your payment info even if you delete it from your profile. The website doesn't have a contact number- which when dealing with the public, having your platform provide a service for payments to go within and without- they should have a number where you can speak to someone right away but instead an email address that takes them days to get back to you. Dont trust putting your payment information on this website- even if you delete your information apparently the company keeps all of your data on their own platform, will charge your credit card months down the road after not using the company. Also on the invoice, they do not provide you with which account their apparently pulling money out of so really they could be charging multiple accounts due to the fact if you delete your payment info technically they still have your card info and like to charge both for a one time payment.

Super confusing and awful site to use! if you ever have problems, they email you back with the most half fast unprofessional answer.

Jointohire should not be trusted

Jointohire should not be trusted, their system does not work, and they allow charlatan freelancers such as Adam Taylor
Software Engineer, to operate through their site.
1. Adam Taylor claimed he transferred our site to our UK host in London and instead it was made instead to a Chicago server. It was a total lie.
2. The vast majority of tasks of the project were not implemented.
3. All my questions regarding launch timing were ignored.
4. He refused to call me by phone, until I finally refused to work with him any longer.
5. He agreed to $600 for the work and took $800 through the jointohiresystem. This is fraud. Jointohire ignored my dispute and basically said there is nothing they can do. Its simply criminal. Freelancer.com is much better and more professional.
