They discontinued the allergy test and I no longer have access to my report. This is obviously because it was no good. Avoid this company. Probably a scam.

Utter charlatans. Apparently I have no detectable allergy response to anything they test for. Given that I was hoping to nail down more specifically what is responsible for my very obvious hay fever (confirmed years ago by my GP) getting back this report was absolutely useless. I wish I’d paid attention to the other reviewers who had the same experience. Don’t waste your money!

Allergy test does not work

I took the £150 allergy blood test but it failed to identify allergens that I know I have serious reactions to.
When I complained I was told that I may be allergic to things that they test for without it showing in the results.
“ We cannot diagnose any sort of previous, existing or future allergy - our test is a step toward assisting a possible diagnosis only, which can only be made by an appropriate healthcare professional. “
I have been prescribed to carry an epipen due to my severe reaction and this test basically said it doesn’t exist.
This test is a complete waste of money and potentially dangerous as it may give a false sense of security.
When I asked for a refund they refused

Their reply suggests that the results of the test would be useful to a doctor but this just isn’t true as a negative result for a known problem is no use at all

I was lucky enough to be sent a Klarify:Me test to try for free so I thought I would take the opportunity to share my experience with them.

I have suffered with allergy symptoms for some time, and though I had a skin scratch test, it only tested the 15 most common allergens and showed only one positive reaction. So I was eager to try a more thorough test. I felt pretty confident with how the test works, as I had researched igE blood testing and know that it's a great way to test for allergies.

The kit arrived in good time, just 2 days after the order was placed. It arrives in a small box that fits conveniently through the letter box, so need to worry about missing the delivery.

The box looks professional and though small, it has everything you need to take your allergy test. On opening you'll see a registration card with a unique code. (After posting, you must register the test to your name)

The instruction booklet is very good, with clear and concise numbered instructions that take you through the steps easily. I had no issues in understanding what I needed to do at all. It gives great tips on preparing to take the sample.

Neatly packed in the box is a small tube, with a smaller tube inside it (used to collect the sample), two lancets (used to poke your finger), sterile wipes, and plasters.

The tips I mentioned earlier are quite important in order to easily collect a sample. Follow them! Drink 1/2 litre of water 30 minutes before and wash hands in warm water. Hands MUST be warm. This will make a difference. I had mine in my pockets before I washed them.

Using the lancets is surprisingly easy. I barely felt a thing. They ask you fill the sample tube to a line so that they have a sufficient amount to test. It's not much, about 6 good drops. Having followed their advice, it was pretty easy to fill. I did have to use the second lancet for the final two drops. I used another finger and had no issues.

The sample is then secured and posted in a secure envelope that they provide. It was surprisingly a very simple process, made so much easier by their easy to read and follow instructions. My fingers felt a little bruised after I had completed the process but nothing that bothered me.

I received the results a few weeks later. They state 3 weeks on average, but it can be sooner or a little longer. I didn't receive an email to say the results were ready, but Klarify did contact me to see if I needed any help with the results, apologised they hadn't been emailed and told me they were available to view in my account.

The results can be accessed in your online account on the Klarify website. I found them easy to read and decipher. They list the results of every one of the 290 odd allergens that they test you for, which I feel is very thorough. My results reinforced what I already suspected. So now I can show these results to my doctor and it will be helpful in moving forward with my treatment.

Customer service wise, I feel like the person I dealt with at Klarify was very helpful and attentive. They were quick to respond to concerns or queries (through email or social media) and I feel confident if I had experienced any trouble with the test, they would have addressed it straight away.

All in all I was impressed with both the test, the company and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not use this company. I got a test done for my mother and everything came negative on all 270, while we know this isn't true. Don't even think they tested. Please BEWARE and don't expect True results! Better to save your money!!

I was surprised by the accuracy of the results - picked up everything I knew about and some things I had forgotten. The process was easy and efficient - no problems there. There was some information missing on the report (i.e. a glossary of allergens) but the support team - particularly Helen - went over and above rectifying this - and I got the information I needed.

This whole experience was a disaster. They send you a blood testing kit - which leaves you with bruised and wounded fingers because you simply cannot produce the large amount of blood needed! Then I sent off the test and 4 weeks later, I had received nothing. They had lost the sample!

I asked for my money back - this whole experience is a nonsense and totally worthless. They didn't seem to know - when sending the blood sample to a laboratory in AUSTRIA - that the samples needed to be with the laboratory within 48 hours!

This is an utter waste. I have severe tree allergies, and am allergic to dogs and wool. I wanted to get a test to confirm my allergies, but this test came back with zero sensitives to ANYTHING. I am going to get a proper scratch test now, and you should too. Don't waste your money on this

I have not received my results back yet my first kit got lost and now it seems my second kit may also have got lost. However I am still hopeful and the Klarify team have been so lovely and attentive always answering my emails and apologising for the delay and sending out new test kits free of charge. Not many companys are that courtious and good with communication and it is appreciated. Fingers crossed I get my results one day :) I blame the post! Lol

I’ve had a lot of experience with this company. Firstly, the test Id thingy didn’t work which we fixed and then they failed to test my blood in time, so they had to send me a new test which was fine. I was happy with this. I did the new test, just got my results and it’s all NEGATIVE. Which is super strange as I’ve got at least 3 serious allergies which have been confirmed by serve side effects and blood tests. I’m allergic to milk really badly and get awful hay fever and both of those were negative which is very surprising… probably because they didn’t test my blood. Honestly, this test hasn’t answered any questions I had about myself its just been a waste of £149. Ideally I’d like my money back so I can find a testing company that will give me insight into my allergies because clearly this one cannot do this. I’m massively disappointed and annoyed.

They either did not process my blood or the test is a scam. I know I am allergic to dust and intolerant to certain foods, yet tge test showed i have no allergies and intoleraces whatsoever.
Please save your money and do a test from a reputable company.
What a joke of a test.
I will see what authority I can report these scammers at and request my money back. They are not getting away with it. This is called theft.

More than disappointed with service. Took me four weeks to tell me I got no allergies. Which I've got send them proofs from Gp allergy and other private company results. But they told me that private company test isn't accurate. Asked for refund or retake test, but got no response to that.

Great allergy test, it gave me clear insight into what I was sensitised to and the results are laid out in a way that was easy for me to interpret

Great customer service and brilliant product.

Thoroughly enjoyed the klarify me test and exceptional customer service throughout. I knew I had bad hayfever but I didn't know what caused it. Now I know I have a very high sensitivity to grass and high sensitivity to tree pollen. I also thought I had an allergy to some fruits like apples and it came back I was sensitive! I also found other surprising results like hazle nuts which I didn't know I was sensitive too. In terms of taking the test the box has easy instructions to follow and is simple. I would recommend to take your time setting up as initially I didn't warm my finger up that much on the first try and struggled to get much blood to fill the tube. The second time I ran my finger under warm water for 5 minutes and that did the trick! It was then a simple job to post my sample and a week or so later I got my results. Great experience!

Really positive experience. Quick delivery of kit, easy to do and results are really in-depth and surprising.

Very positive experience throughout the whole process. The test came packaged with detailed, helpful instructions mwhich made taking the sample straightforward and stress free. Once I had posted the sample, I received my results in a timely manner and was kept updated by Klarify's professional and friendly customer service. I didn't expect that I had any allergies and my results confirmed this, but I was interested to see if I was sensitised to anything I wasn't aware of. In total, a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the Home Allergy Test to anyone who is curious to find out more about what allergies they are sensitised to.

I was really interested and surprised when I received my results, everything was explained in thorough detail. I also received all correspondences promptly. Overall the whole experience was great and I found it impressive.
The test was really comprehensive and I personally think it would be great in the future to have even more allergens included in the test.

Test come back all negative, 0 allergy, it is big lay, i have many allergy tested couple of years ago.
i been tested milk allergy, grass allergy, tree allergy, seeds allergy, nuts allergy in the past, honey allergy.
your test is showing big lays, results come even 2 days in, website is saying 3 weeks, i belive my test never been tested and thats why all negative. just waist of my money, i should get full refund, but nothing from them, please stay away from fake results.xxx
